- Location was great! The pool was nice and big ! The man driving the buggy on the morning shift was kind and very nice and always said hi!
- The staff are so lovely it feels like a family rather than a hotel . The reception staff and the dining room staff especially. They really pay attention to details in the dining room, a lovely white table cloth, nice cutlery, super smiley friendly kind hearted people. It was simply a wonderful experience. The food was excellent and plentiful with a lot of choice and many of my favourite foods. I can't wait to go back. The buggy drivers were so lovely too especially Nicholas who made us laugh a lot. He is super friendly and sweet and kind. We thank Eva the receptionist who went the extra mile in everything. She is a sweet lady and so kind and approachable. I cannot fault this hotel. Everyone was simply so special to us!
- The staff in the Panorama are among the best I've encountered anywhere. Nothing was a problem and all service was given in a genuinely friendly way. The general manager runs a really tight ship with nothing overlooked. Food was the better than any 3 or 4 star I've been In in years.
Cons -
- We had an all inclusive but honestly preffered to go go out at lunch , the food was catered to British tourist, a part from the tzaziki sauce, feta and olives there was nothing else Greek! You would think that having a buffet there would be an area with Greek cuisine, I mean we are in Greece!!!!. I requested several times an extra towel in 10 days I never got my extra towel, i was told that 4 people means 4 towels but having 2 small children sometimes 1 extra towel is usefull! The phone in the room wasnt working so if I needed to speak to reception i had to walk all the way down the hill and wait for the buggy to come back up. The AC in the room was super noisy!
- Nothing at all.
- It is showing its age in places but again the efforts of the staff ensure it is spotless throughout. Beds and stiff but some soft pillows help.

Good location, staff nice just one old woman in restorant who serving food was very rude.
Snak bar was nothing to eat for kids no burger ,chicken nuggets black in side you can,t eat them.Showers very old some .
Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel very close to beach and main road of shops and restaurants.
There was always lots of food. A shame that there wasn’t ever any traditional Greek food on offer. Understand why, but still a shame.
We spent one week in this hotel and it exceeded our expectations! Everything was just perfect!- Rooms with amazing sea view, clean and spacious. Room service was good too.- Restaurant with delicious food (different type of cuisine each day - Italian, Greek, Indian, Mexican, Asian, etc.), clean tables, plates, glasses, etc. There was never lack of food, no long queues.- Pool and the cocktail bar were clean a nice. A very big choice of cocktails, very polite and friendly stuff.- Animation, sports and shows - a big variety of the things to do! Every night show time! Our high appreciation to the animation team, they made our stay unforgettable!- Buggy to get you up steep hill was constantly in operation.
Buggy to get you up steep hill clean friendly
The location was very good, meal was delicious and various. Staf was friendly. The driver Nicolas was very helpful with a good sense of humor.
Never refilled shampoo and shower gel. A small shampoo and shower gel was only on the day of arrival. There is no place to dry towels and other small items.
Loved the view. Staff really friendly. Room cleaning excellent. Food excellent for 3star hotel
Tasty food, friendly staff, amazing WI-FI
It was cheap
Dirty, rooms were not cleaned everyday. All inclusive food and drinks quality very poor. Massive hill to walk to bed rooms
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was okay.
The room we stayed at was out of date. Toilet not flushing properly. Air conditioning making noises like its going to explode. The door was crooked from the humidity which leads to no noise cancellation from outside, when it was heavily raining it felt like there was a waterfall in the room..The drinks/cocktails were not to the best quality.
Perfect hotel for the budget stay, I think it’s the very best in Sidari, great value for money, excellent location, amazing staff. I was travelling with my elderly mother and I had all the help and support from the staff. They even gave as a room near the swimming pool and car driver Nicolas always helped my mum to get on the shuttle. Entertainment team was exceptional, we had a lot of opportunities to do sports, water aerobics, dancing e.t.s Very close to the sea, about 5-7 minutes walk, breathtaking views around, quiet but central location.
The only thing I didn’t enjoy is food, but it’s rather about me, not the hotel:) There’s a plenty of choices every day including fish, lamb and mussels, but porridge was always so sweet, pasta over cooked, and meat cooked from old frozen stock. Any way you can find what to eat, it was a lot of fresh vegetables, great choice of fresh fruits, bespoke Greek yogurt, cheese and many more.
The staff was the best, we erre treated very nice by the reception and especially restaurant staff! the pool area was clean and nice
The room was highly disappointing, smelling like mold and not matching the pictures. We complained and were ‘upgraded’ to for sure a better room without smell and more volume but still I would say the furniture is very outdated and somehow depressing. Restaurant was ok but food not always ok. Cook tried to provide some variety which is appreciated but still somehow poor choice and not so well cooked. There were no fresh fruit for breakfast.
Staff were brilliant can’t do enough for you the buggy’s were a godsend
The food was based on theme nights which I really was not impressed with the snack bar was basic like only toasties from 10 am till 12 lunchtime and only chips and hot dogs and some cakes and waffles and ice cream very basic for what I pay ed for the holiday
It was clean, the staff were excellent,
The air on in the room was poor. The rooms are in need of updating. The pool closing time should be later. The drinks were poor quality.
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The food was lovely. There were variety of dishes on different days. The entertainment team was amazing. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. My special thanks goes to them for doing a fantastic job of keeping the guest entertained. Thanks
I had requested for our rooms to be close by. Though our rooms were in the same building but they on different floors which were not really convenient to see each other due to the nature of the building. Our four bed family room was a 2 floor room, very spacious but the AC did not work which made it really unconformable especially the top floor due to the heat.
The hotel is as advertised. The view from the rooms panoramic. The staff are very friendly and polite. The premises clean. The food was as expected for an all inclusive. In general we enjoyed our time in Sidari very much. It was a much needed relaxing holiday during which we enjoyed getting together with family from the UK.
We stayed for 5 days at the end of a road trip across Albania, just to relax and wind down. We found the hotel, surrounding areas and room clean and staff were very welcoming. In particular the reception staff who were extremely helpful. The room was cleaned/towels changed etc twice in the 5 days we were there. The room was large and comfortable, a little dated but that didn’t affect us. AC was good, fridge a little noisy, amazing view of the sea. Our toilet flush broke and once I had reported this is was fixed within the hour. As previous reviews told us to expect, the room was up a steep hill. The transport buggies are very frequent and the hill is walkable if you’re up for the challenge! Pool is large/deep and clean, separate kids pool. People reserve beds quite early but there was enough so we didn’t have a problem getting beds later. Pool bar is well stocked although they did not like giving too much ice! Cocktails available, soft drinks were poor one day and ok the next. Food was a good variety with a different country theme each day. We had Italian, Greek, Indian, Asian and Mexican. The buffet area is quite small compared to the amount of guests so got busy but the food was never empty. Always snacks available from pool bar in between meals too aswell as ice cream. The is an entertainment programme from 10am-12 and then again for a couple of hours in the afternoon. The animation team run this and are very engaging. Water polo, darts, aqua gym, skittles, table tennis and more. Kids club twice a day too I think up to age 12 (my daughter is older so we didn’t look into it). The evening entertainment was ok, mini disco and then a quiz, comedy night, Greek night etc.We had a late flight so looked into a late check out. However, a shower room is offered free of charge so we booked this. We stored our luggage in reception and enjoyed a day by the pool and then used the shower room to wash/change before we set off.
One night the entertainment was karaoke but this was held in the Camelot bar where you have to pay for drinks - we went all inclusive so wasn’t expecting a paid bar… we choose not to go on that night. We used the shower room option for late check out free of charge but you are not told this is available - only that you can pay for a late check out (€50/70, depending on time). Customers need to be made aware of this option
Great location ,staff great,food good
Drinks average,nighttime entertainment not great
