Leaving the place

Not a thing. It's a run down dirty place that's at the end of a industry park. As we enter the hotel there was coffee cream all over the floor. The bathroom had not being cleaned. We had hairs in the bed. We could not complain no one spoke English

Cleanliness, parking and location were fine for us.

The bed was just too hard to get a comfortable night's sleep on.

Breakfast was fine with sufficient options. Shower was nice and the bed as well. Room was very spacious. There was also sufficient parking which was nice. Overall, fine room.

Check in was very poor, the receptionist did not communicate at all and just stared at her screen and every now and then at me as if I were some kind of ghost. Then we couldn't enter the room with the card she gave us and blamed it on poor wifi. Next morning the other receptionist tells us we don't need wifi for using our card(?????). Very strange experience to be honest. Was surprised that we ended up being able to get into the room.

Nice decor and room size, big parking and breakfast.

Room, clean and comfortable with good facilities for an overnight stay. I would use Campanile Hotels in the future.

Noise from outside due to the warehouse adjacent.

The sofa bed room worked for my family. It worked beautifully being conveniently located close to the Zoo d'Amneville.

Convenient, clean and good value.

Room was small, there music from the Barr downstairs that made it impossible to sleep until it finished after 11pm. Raised issue to reception and was told nothing they can do. Bed not that comfortable.

Shower room was nice only good thing about the accommodation.

Old dirty marked carpet with holes the room had a musty smell 2 girls on reception in the morning no hello/morning really rude .

Car park seemed secure, Reception quick and friendly, Room clean and comfortable with large bed.

Breakfast offering. Not very clean, and very slow service. Only about 6 couples at 8.30am and many items empty. On requesting replenishment of hot offering it took over 30 mins to arrive (luckily we were not in a hurry!!). Despite hotel not being at all busy the breakfast was very disappointing on All aspects from dirty equipment to limited items.

Good stay while en route between cities. The guy at the front desk was really helpful and friendly.

Not many amenities in the room, but can't complain as it was good value for money.

Good safe parking for motorcycle, nice bedroom and bed comfy, good shower.

Breakfast not maintained, so most options on coffee machine out of stock, little or no scrambled egg and bacon, just poorly monitored so disappointing this time. Also arrived early and got charged 10euro extra even though room was already fully done so not as if any extra effort, pretty petty.

Nice staff, good air conditioned room. Nice restaurant next door although is shut on a Sunday.

Exceeded my expectations in every way. Room excellent, staff very helpful, parking secure for motorcycle, breakfast really good. They have improved vastly.

Nothing, at this price point.

Does what it says on the tin. Perfect for overnight stop.

Price quality is super. Great hotel for a stop to the south. Free, secure parking. Coffee and thee at the room.

Awful place

Never had such a bad hotel room before. We stayed in a quadruple room , the sofa bed where my children were supposed to sleep was full of bed bugs. They were kept crawling out from next to the arm rest. There were spiders, cobwebs and dead flies in the room. I was told by receptionist to send them an email, which I did, but no response so far.

Warm welcome from a very kind and helpful friendly staff member called Frederick. We arrived just before midnight and he went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. Super ?

Nothing! Everything ....excellent value for money. Close to the Motorway.

Location

Noise, we had something very noisy behind our wall it make vibration and a lot of noise. Also air condition in the room made a lot of noise
