Very well run, very clean, collected and taken back to the airport 10 euros each way. View. Breakfast excellent provided that an Englishman should't expect to find edible scrambled eggs!!! More fool me for forgetting! I'd come back if I could work out if there is a time when restaurants are open but the sun doesn't burn your ears off. As my intention was to visit and explore the lovely island of Lampedusa, it was a great success.

It is hardly the hotel's fault that in March there are no restaurants open for lunch, and only two open for dinner. But I coped! I 'd do better moaning to lonely planet etc to be more accurate in their books. Aragosta opened at the end of my stay and made up for it.

Great views. Nice location on bus line above new port and close to Guitgia beach. Easy walk to center of town. Very nice breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Pleasant staff. They provide airport transportation for a reasonable fee.

Wifi only works in Reception and dining room.

Local family well driven hotel in second or third generation, very customer focused staff, very helpful when planning the day and tours, stylish hotel and very comfortable rooms with all included facilities and very well situated overlooking the new port, on the outdoor rooftop 360° fantastic roundview and relaxing area, nearby bus stop with regularly schedule for sightseeing and discover the very beautiful island and spectacular bays and beaches, the center (via Roma) only 15 minutes walk away, houskeeping staff did the work very properly, A/C worked very well (important!), responsible lady at the breakfast room was very kind and obliging, buffet breakfast was very sufficient and diverse, however, staying for eight nights only vegetables, cheese and meat could have been more diversified for this period, free personal pickup and dropping to the airport, definitely I would choose again for several reasons this hotel in Lampedusa, it was just a great experience!

I had a very nice room with furnished terrace and private balcony overlooking the new port, however, obviously too far from the main internet modem at the reception area and the installed outside repeater, so WiFi in the room was very weak or not available at all. So I had to go near to the reception or repeater area to receive the signal. That was acceptable in this situation.The own hotel driver for the free airport transport service could have been more friendly.

Great location close to best beach in Lampedusa.Extremely supportive staff. They picked us up at the airport and organized our lift to the airport very early in the morning including a nice breakfast at 5:00 am.

Nothing in particular. The hotel is a little bit aged but everything was clean and well kept.

The hotel is exceptional. The room, linens, bathroom, floor, and patio are stupendously clean. Efficient AC with different modes to adjust the frigidity of the room. I had an apartment room, and the patio view of the new port made it extra special (most apartments in Lampedusa do not have a view). There was an ample selection of Italian and Sicilian things for breakfast and the restaurant staff were wonderfully attentive (thank for the coffees!). They did not have to (I speak Italian), but they switched to English upon hearing my accent (and grammatical mistakes), which was a gentle way to start the day while still uncaffeinated. The hotel is located above a stairway -- ask where it is immediately! I wasted time walking to the port from the street. The port below has the boats where you can go for day trips. I went with Daka, and it was great. Try it or any other similar one. The day I had to leave, my flight was delayed. I was able to leave my things with the front desk and enjoy a few last swims. This kind of thing makes hotels superior to airbnbs if you have a late flight on your last day. Finally, the airport shuttle. Incredibly efficient.

The wifi did not work on the first day. This is NOT the fault of the hotel--Lampedusa is an island, and these things happen. But arrive prepared. I was able to hotspot my laptop from my TIM (Italian mobile) SIM in my cellular phone.

the room was very hot so we didn’t sleep too well despite the comfortable bed - the air conditioning was not very effective in cooling things down

Nice hotel with beautiful terrace. Ground floor rooms have a lovely patio that has slight views of the sea. The hotel itself is very close to the sea and a main road lined with excellent restaurants!

Can't say anything was wrong, the hotel was accommodating after arriving on a very late flight.
