Awesome view. Great breakfast

1) Was not able to control the temperature in the room. Way to hot, even with spring temperatures and the window wide open. 2) Mattress was horrible. You could feel the springs in it. 3) Shower was very slick. My wife almost fell getting into it.

The beach was very wild, big rough waves. Was not safe to swim. It was dirty seaweed. The sand was very rocky, rough, and hard to walk on it. I didn't like the carpets in the room. Lighting was not good. The host of the restaurant was not very attentive when we were waiting to be seated when the restaurant was practically empty. We had to wait until he was ready and decided to seat us.The staff was NOT experienced in a restaurant they didn't know how to deliver the meals to the correct tables. It took forever to get our meals. I was not impressed.

The lounge area and the location

Old and not renovated. Low quality furnitures in the room with marks and carpet with strains. The water of the pool had awkward taste and you could not open your eyes inside because it was irritating.

Great location, great view from the balcony of the ocean. Breakfast buffet was great.

A/C didn't really work that great. Slept with the balcony door open as that provided more a/c than the a/c did.

We have to evaluate so poor due to the extremely uncomfortable beds. As we see, it was already highlighted by other guests but nothing improved. Sleeping there by 4 night we have had feeling that we slept on the old Roman brick stone road. Catastrophic feeling. We can like outdoors with swimming pool and sol beds. The canteen staff was partly professional.

The management needs to make some effort. During 4 night our room was cleaned once. Two times the cleaning staff appeared at 17:00, we said thanks since they requested us to leave the room for the time of the cleaning. Just the towel change. Once the cleaning lady came at 8:30 AM. The breakfast ends at 10:30. We just woke up. The reception lends pool towels what we confirmed by written document. When we would like to return the towels they rejected. Towels must be return on check out (!). During the breakfast the staff blocks many tables preparing dinner area for guests from big buses. The hotel seems to be popular for organized travel agencies. The staff does not care for other morning guests making noise and working without any respect for others.

The hotel was mostly empty when we arrived on Sunday and we loved it. The lunch on Sunday was cooked for us and it was very good.

The breakfast was a buffet with little attention to detail and mostly to quantity. Meals were no longer cooked to order and frankly were poor.

It had a great location, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good!

The bed was very stiff, not very comfortable, we woke up with back pain. There was no air conditioning in the room or at least wasn’t working properly, it was very warm we had to open a windows to freshen up the room.

The hotel carpet was worn and the air conditioner didn't work well.

Location and bed. If you spend the most of the time out of the hotel and don't need to speak with anyone, than the location is good for the beach and to access to Porto.

We stayed on the 12nd floor sea view room. Very small room. Door for the balcony cannot open properly because the curtains are placed to run to the wrong direction. Facilities in the room are very poor. If you need to shave you need to bring an extra light to the bathroom otherwise the light is soo low that you cannot see your face in the mirror. The room doesn't have anything really pleasant/comfortable for a stay longer than 2 nights. Regarding to contact with staff it is always very cold, just one or other staff members are ok and polite. But I recommend you to avoid speaking with a middle age lady at the front desk because she is soo arrogant and inconvenient that she has the talent of making you feel disgusted.

Staff were not friendly, They charge 5 euros to get a cap for the spa + 5 euros to use the spa when you’ve already paid for the room. .

The outdoor pool is splendid. The ocean beach is next to the hotel. The parking lot is wide.

The indoor pool requires additional payment.

Incredible Location from the Hotel. Few steps from the beach and many many restaurants. Good breakfast, not so many things to choose from, but it was great. Nothing fancy or super crazy, but it was pretty good.

I didn't loved that the inner pool you had to pay 5€ per person / per day to access to it. Besides that, everything was a great experience, also you didn't had many activities inside the hotel, like Bingo or Pool table, I think they can improve that so there are more things people can do inside the hotel.

It was quite challenging to have dinner at the restaurant. Although it was nearly empty, we were informed that accommodating a table for 10 people without a reservation would be very difficult.

Staff was very nice, breakfast was great, the room was overall great for the price. The hotel has direct access to the beach, awesome location!

Only that one of the windows in the room was broken (as in the latch) but no biggie!

We had a spacious room which was nice. The breakfast buffet was very good.

The hotel was pretty run down and in lack of upkeep. There were carpets in the hallways and in our room, and it smelled intense mould in the hallway outside our room. Cigarette stubs were left on our balcony, and shields over the ventilation shafts were missing in our room. I am sure the hotel once were pretty luxurious, but for the price we paid I had expected a higher standard.

Location is great. Swimming pool is large, warm and beautiful. Garden is great with a nice playground for kids. Hotel has a private direct access to beach front but electronic system is not always working. We haven’t tried the spa nor the indoor pool.

Staff at reception desk wasn’t always friendly. Car park too small, we had to park in the second one across the street which one was quite far from entry area when you are with a baby pusher (love of pavements on the ground to go accross) and heaps of things to carry. Hotel and rooms don’t have any character. No decoration at all. Balconies just have 2 chairs without even a table. TV is very small. Some items were broken in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok but nothing much.

Location was great. Beautiful views from the balcony to the ocean.Breakfast had a good variety of dishes and food to choose from even though it was always the same food everyday.

The “air condition” was more of a fan than anything else. When we complained about this they tried to gaslight us by saying that we did not use it correctly.Most of the staff/manager was rude or unhelpful. When confronted with the issues in our room regarding the AC, they just claimed that they could not do anything, and even when maintenance came it still did not fix the issue.The romantic package is a literal scam. The champagne that they claim to serve is just cheap sparkling wine, cheap chocolate and one of the fruit that was served was literally spoiled. Balcony only had 2 plastic chairs and no table which is a shame if you wanted to plan on having a meal looking out to the ocean.
