Perty much everthing was great. Excelent breakfast

All the staff was fantastic, food was good, I like that it had a spa.

The spa could use a power wash and new wood in the sauna. The jacuzzi is cold, Turkish spa doesn’t really get hot either.

Clean close to centre around 10 m waking

The carpets on the 3 rd floor need to be replaced.Very easy for people to to trip.

The facility met our needs- convenient location, secure parking. The restaurant was tasty but they really need to add more staff- one woman was working the entire place- and that didn’t seem fair to us, our fellow dinners or even the solo server. Wifi was not working for first half of our stay- but reception staff honored their promise to get it fixed later in the day. Very nicely sound proofed- we were on a lower level- facing a busy street and heard next to nothing! Common areas were nicely maintained with lots of comfortable seating!

A little extra lighting in the hallways would be nice- felt cave like.

Bathroom wasnt that clean on arrival but soon sorted it.

I liked everything

It looks a nice hotel, but once there it looks depressed. No complimentary water, tea or coffe on room. Unsufficient toilet paper. Breakfast is moderate. Gym is good though. In swimmingpool you must wear flip flops and swimming cap. You must buy it if you dont have it. I think roomrates are quite high for this town, seen the location. In city centre you have better alternatives with better rooms. So, everything we had was moderate, so I also give a only a 5. Not recommend this hotel for couples.

The breakfast was amazing so many options and very delicious. The spa, pool and gym were really good as well. The room was very pretty and I was happy that the individual beds were next to each other. The night was very cold but inside the hotel was very warm, with the climate control for the room working great as well.

The SPA was great - my kid was happy with all there. The room nice and clean, we asked about bath tub. It is great place to stay. The breakfast in the best traditions. All tasty and fresh!

we paid a basic rate . No breakfast, no spa acess etc. This suited us just fine. Good to have this option. Facilities were excele-nt including above ground and undeground parking. 10 mins walk to the city centre and close to the train station

MUZAK. Otherwise liked everything

The room was very spacious, the bed was huge and very comfortable. I enjoyed the fact that there was a bath not just a shower. The bar, restaurant and lounge areas were very nice, tastefully decorated with very comfortable seating. Location was great, a short walk to town and there is plenty of free parking at the hotel.

Perfect service at the bar during late night. Great selection at the breakfast buffet. Nice and clean hotel, friendly staff.

There is a big construction site just next the hotel (land scaping for new railways I guess?). No fresh juice at the breakfast (only post mix sirup).

4 star hotel 1 iron. Iron breaks they do not buy a new one to serve customers .Breakfast starts 730 which is not acceptable for a business hote and a 4 stars one in specific.

The rooms isolation could be better. The room next to mine had a family with children and I could hear when they started screaming or crying.

I didn't have the room I booked, the room is not worth the money I paid, it doesn't have anything too much and doesn't deserve 4 starsAnd at the hotel near by I paid less for an equal or larger room

Everything. Bedroom very good, very clean. Hotel also clean and staff very kind. The breakfast is very complete. No problem to point.

I think the swimming pool need a little more light, it is a little dark.

Excellent hotel. Good facilities, pleasant staff and all helpful and courteous. Breakfast was a good selection to choose from. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant in the evening.

Basic breakfast. Spa and pool need updating. The restaurant opens too late in the evening.

The noisy busy road at the front.

Bed super comfortable. All staff very helpful and spoke English. Secure free parking in garage. Location idea for town centre and train station. Later less than a 10 minute walk away.

Slow service in restaurant at dinner. Wi-fi terrible. Although says Fast wi-fi it was so slow, and kept dropping. If you have low ground clearance on your car, don't use the rear exit when leaving the garage parking. Kerb drop onto road a good 15+ cms.

Close to city center. Great breakfast

Too much fragrance in the lobby. Surprisingly slow internet.
