The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to easily walk to the main shopping areas.

The bath and shower head looked worn. The room faced onto a main road - a net curtain would have been good for privacy during daylight hours.

Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They made sure my trip went as smoothly as possible and were very receptive to emails/calls before and during my stay.Room was clean and spacious.Brilliant location only a few minutes walk from the bus station, could not be any easier to get to.

Decor is very tired and dated. Needs a refresh on the interior design. The breakfast was also a bit lacking. A lot of the stations were not being refreshed when needed.

I liked the price related to the quality. The position of the hotel is good. I liked the perfume that was in the room. I liked the lights in the room.

The bed could have been a little bigger, we would have appreciated it :-) I didn't really like the shower/bathroom, I don't like the ones with the curtain, it's kind of annoying, it sticks on you!

The ambient air was a little too cold and the heating system struggled to make a difference.

A little outdated, but I would still stay. It was good value for money.

No complaints for the price. the rooms are clean and looked after. My heating didn't work and I was freezing, within 10 minutes the wonderful lady on reception had sent me a heater which worked great (wish I'd of gotten her name).

Location is near the city center, but still quiet enough for relaxing.

The air conditioning is centrally controlled and it was still set up for Summer and it was not possible to heat the room. Blankets were available but portable heaters were all being used, according to the staff which did their best to find one for us.One of our rooms had hair in the bath tube, showing some lack of careful cleaning.

Very very helpful staff. We asked them to book us a taxi ? from an event and it was not an easy task due to logistics but they were very professional and helpful!

Hotel and rooms were clean and staff very friendly. There was a good choice of food for breakfast which was lovely and fresh.

Staff were pleasant & welcoming.Tuna omelette evening meal was nice.

Room was poorly soundproofed & overlooked a roundabout.Breakfast was at a table that was practically in the reception area where a very loud standup meeting was going on.The bathroom had 2 hairs that weren't mine.
