Location location location.Staff was also very pleasant, they gave us advice where to go, where to eat, what to see.Bathroom belongs to the hotel with more stars.

The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good. Nice pool area. Close to the boat ramp to go on an island excursion. Town 15 min walk where there is a nice water front and many shops and restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Stresa! The location offers incredible views, and the pool area is wonderful. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The rooms and common areas were clean and comfortable. Overall, a truly memorable stay that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Stresa.

Loved the location, the cleanliness, helpful friendly staff, views from the room was magical. Very near to the boats and the lake. Pool area clean.

Slightly annoying that parking was expensive, but not a real issue as there was free municipal parking just up the road.

Staff. The friendliest, happiest, most cheerful, helpful staff we have encountered in decades of travel. It makes such a difference!From front desk Rafaella to dining room Rafaella, our waiter Guilio and the Chef. (It was only a one night night stopover. )August 15 was the Ferragosto celebration and we were enthusiastically invited to attend. The traditional Piedmontese menu: a Magnificent aperitif buffet then two served courses followed by dessert and music at the pool side. We were foreigners who felt part of the locals lives. In a hotel!We had a beautiful corner room with a balcony on the second floor and magnificent views of Lake Maggiore, the three islands and the mountains. We drank our morning coffees up there for a small room service fee. We parked inside the hotel for a small fee. We swam in the pool for an hour at 9. Checkout wasn’t till 11.We wished we had a week.

Fantastic views from room and balcony, air conditioning worked well, comfy beds, excellent breakfast and pool/bar area all really nice and well kept. Staff were also very helpful.

Nothing. Even better if - a shower room for people having to check out at 11am but not leaving until til later that day.

Would have preferred the pool to be heated. Also towels provided for sun loungers could have been bigger

The room was clean and spacious, the location near the Lido and ferry point was ideal. Possibility to have a car park. The breakfast was very good.

The cleaner forgot this and that. I suppose that the hotel doesn't have separate rooms for those who travel with pets because my travel accompagnion got allergic symptoms. The idea of virtual hotel inside the real hotel was bizarre.

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. We had made a non-refundable reservation but unfortunately with the wrong date. After calling the hotel it was no problem to cancel the reservation free of charge and make a new booking. We were refunded in only a few days. The hotel is a former monastery but you only see this from the garden side. The front of the hotel is new and modern. The location to the center is great and in walking distance. The breakfast is very good with plenty of choice. You can park you car for a small amount in a garage near the hotel.

The room we had was really small. The large bed was comfortable but took up the whole space. The bathroom was tiny. The shower was so small that a big person could not fit in. The toilet was so close to the hall that my husband who is not even that tall (1.80) had to sit sideways.

Beautiful hotel at good price. The pool area was nice, but due to the weather, we couldn’t use it. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices and our room had a nice view to the Maggiore lake.

The hotel was a little far from Stresa’s center. The room that we got looked a little different from the photos , but still , it was nice. The hairdryer was totally useless,they need to replace it.

Beautiful hotel , good location for walking about in Stresa . Rooms well appointed , very comfortable bed , bathroom well stocked with toiletries, fabulous shower. Terrace balcony seating area - excellent .
