Fabulous staff, lovely grounds, great breakfast. Perfect location

We were very pleased with our room. It felt spacious and was spotlessly clean, as was the large and morden bathroom. The breakfast was good, offering a nice variety of choices. The reception lady was also very attentive and helpful. The location was ideal, only a few minutes' walk to the lake and town center.

The staff were very helpful with our transportation needs during the Italian rail strike. A lifesaver! The breakfast area was nicely laid out and comfortable. They helped with a couple of our requests with a smile. Very nice!

It would have been nice to have one or two hot options for breakfast. But they did offer a lot of options for breakfast that were fulfilling for the day.

Lovely property in a park and within walking distance to everything. We also appreciated the affordable parking on site.

Train is very close behind the grounds and can be annoying. The Annex does not have a lift. Needs renovations.

The staff was friendly and helpful (thank you Simona), location is excellent, on a hill, has very beautiful old buildings and location in a beautiful garden with tall trees of many kinds.Also, the breakfast was very food.

It’s a bit dated, little bathroom, and for some rooms, like ours you need to climb and go down stairs.

All the staff were outgoing and very friendly. The bathroom was huge and great. The bed was uber comfortable. Very quiet.Very pretty room with custom paint job on walls and ceiling. Excellent breakfast. Very clean.

A room like this should have a small desk with chair. The two chairs in the room were very small and not particularly comfortable. The hotel might think about putting a box of Kleenex in the bathroom. And two folding suitcase holders would be appreciated.

Hotel Du Parc is a very nice hotel and in a perfect location - right across the street from the entrance to the beautiful village of Stresa. Parking is available at hotel. The entire staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast room is lovely and serves a nice breakfast. Each day with breakfast there is delicious cake served to have with coffee, made fresh by their talented baker, Antionio. Best chocolate cake ever!!

It needs refreshing: wallpaper coming off the walls; holes in the bathroom wall. The building has good bones but it is just in urgent need of an update.

Our stay at this hotel was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Lucia and Simona for with their smiling faces, giving us all the information necessary for our stay at Stresa. The breakfast was a great variety and the location of the hotel was a 9 minute walk to the train and bus station and a 5 minute walk to the old town. Well it was practically in the old town. We stayed in the annex room. A simple ,spacious and clean room. There is a terrace where you can enjoy a drink after returning from a nice day out in and around stressa. I strongly recommend, but finding a room may be difficult since it usually is full.

The location of this beautiful and charming hotel was excellent for getting into town and the views of the lake, alps and city below were breathtaking. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the room and luxurious bathroom. The layout was so perfect with a separation between the bedroom and the bathroom for added privacy. So nice to be able to have the extra space after staying in some tiny rooms during our journey. We also really loved the decor throughout the hotel.The outdoor terrace was a fantastic place to enjoy the views, the sunshine and an evening aperitif. We had four of us traveling together and the two rooms both connected to the terrace. It was a special spot to unwind and talk about or day. The bonus of snacks with our drinks in the evening was such a nice touch, too. The staff were all so warm, welcoming and helpful taking extra measures to make sure we enjoyed our visit! You could not ask for a better experience in Stresa!

Pillows were too hard for my preference... but the bed was comfortable.
