Hotel Fiorentino

The location couldn't be better! Right in the middle of the pedestrian areas with so many restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. Walkable to so much including the ferries to Isola Bella and Isola Pescatori. Short walk to the train station too.

This is no reflection on the hotel, but I wish Stresa had better, more frequent local transportation.

The Restaurant. Inexperienced personnel, negative atmosphere, bad food.

The location was awesome. The dinner we had first night was awesome. The breakfasts were great. The cappuccino terrific. All the staff were great Federico was especially attentive to our needs.

Be more clear on parking. For someone that doesn't drive in Italy much, it was stressful finding a place to park. GPS led me to straight into the restricted zone.

Really kind and helpful staff. Clean room, nice pleasant breakfast, great air conditioning and excellent situation near to main market square and restaurants. Manager got up at 4.45am to check we were okay with our taxi. Superb value for money and we will visit again!

Small hotel good clean room kind owner and staff great food and wine

Great breakfast & location. Host very accomodating.

Breakfast didn't start until 8, and we are early risers. We did find that a standard time in Italy. Also, the bed had separate covers for the 2 sides, which my husband did not care for.

Parking nearby. Central location. Friendly staff.

Breakfast is minimal. Price is a bit high as well.

Location was excellent, room was lovely and very spotless and breakfast was more than adequate.

Location to Ponte Vecehio was just down the road. Walking distance to most things we wanted to see. Room spacious. Breakfast selection superb. Staff excellent.

No real lobby or seating area. Rooms basic. Had to pay extra for tea kettle or mini-frig. Despite it being low season and other reviews saying it was quiet, there was a lot of noise from other rooms and the street during my stay.

The hotel is located in a beautiful town amongst older neighborhood. Shopping and eateries all around within walking distance, quick walk to the waterfront for some relaxation. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the staff is friendly and always there to help. The included breakfast had selections for all, fresh made coffee for your table. High praises for the hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to the main square and a 5 minute walk to the port. There is also a supermarket near the hotel. The hotel itself is small and family-run. The staff is very pleasant and they are always smiling and trying to help. The rooms are simple, but very clean and contain everything you need. The hotel also has its own restaurant with very tasty food. It is important to reserve a table for the evening because most of the time the restaurant is full during these hours.

The mattress in the bed was very uncomfortable and sunken, which caused back pain in the morning.
