Free shuttle from port... On time to pick us up :) Water filtration system at check in Free beach towels Gentlemen working at breakfast were super friendly and nice...positive attitude! Quick walk to town center.

The bikes that we rented from them broke down on the road the first day because the bike chains were not oiled. They oiled them the next day. The gear shifts on the bikes also did not work.

Location was great. Staff were very friendly.

Rooms are a little small.

The style of the hotel was updated and for the scenery. The beds were comfy. Breakfast was delicious

We had a problem with one of our rooms plumbing and there was a smell of sewage and the property insisted there was nothing wrong.

Great location and staff were brilliant. They arranged bicycles for us, and we rode around the island exploring.Close to the piazza and found great restaurants to enjoy Sicilian food.

A nice four-star hotel an easy walk from the town centre, with helpful staff and amazing views over to the island of Levanzo.

Our room gave out onto a run-down neighbouring courtyard which, given the location of the hotel, was a pity. The breakfast spread was low on fresh fruit.

We booked a two bedroom only to learn the second was a pull out couch. The other couple were able to book another room thankfully

Breakfast, when they run out of a product they often don’t replenish it, so if you don’t show up early for breakfast your choice may be limited

The hotel is very clean, and the housekeeping staff does an excellent job of maintaining the rooms and common areas. The staff is also extremely friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests and making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location is 5 min walk from center and beautiful view .

one downside to the hotel is that the rooms are not soundproof. Unfortunately, I could easily hear noise from neighboring rooms.

I liked that the layout of the rooms, it was reminiscent of a village.I loved the views from the breakfast room and the breakfast, though a bit sweet for my tastes. The location was great, close to the main port and restaurants. The shuttle bus service was very good, one of our party doesn't ride bikes so she was able to meet us at the beach. The complimentary shuttle to the ferry was very helpful, though I did not know about this service when we arrived.

It would have been great if the facility had a self-service laundry. We had travelled for days before arriving on Favignana so we had laundry, and then had to travel to Rome with more dirty laundry. The cost of having our clothes laundered was too much.

Gorgeous view of the sea, great breakfast, close to ferry and downtown, and extremely helpful staff. We also loved the outdoor hotel bar

We had a room with a little Juliette balcony so there really wasn’t any place to hang wet items to dry

Great location, comfortable bed & excellent breakfast. There is a complimentary pick up/drop off to the ferry port offered. As well as a shuttle to one of the more popular beaches. Easy walk to the old town.

The location was great. We walked to a beach down the street one day and biked to another the next. The hotel was close to the town square with shopping and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was amazing!

Smelly rooms, dirt generally in rooms, very used sanitary areas - reconstruction reqiured!Common areas are quite nice with friendly staff but level of rooms is very poor, dirty and smelly!

- Had to wait ages for our twin beds to be readied because the team hadn't read our booking email
