Was so disappointed over the service. We can to the bar at 22.10 just to find out they was closing for the night. It says closing at 23,00.

Breakfast: the fruit was not fresh and even informing the staff weeks before and again at check in about the lactose intolerance of my kids, the selection of lactose free products was very poor, only 2-3 products.

The bed was terribly soft and uncomfortable and the room really small.

Fairly easy parking and nice reception staff. Beds were nice. I'd stay again if I was in the area.

Room was very small and rather noisy

A quiet hotel due to its location.

To be honest, we couldn't find anything to like about it other than its silence. It's not a clean hotel. The shower, bathroom, carpets, table and armchair were covered in dust. The balcony is as it was when it was first built and has never been touched, bravo. There were spider webs and the children were scared and couldn't go out on the balcony. There was no refrigerator in the room. There was not even a bottle of water, even if it was paid. In a hotel that costs almost 300 euros per day, one would want to see a bottle of water. Even if it was paid for! It was the first time I saw a hotel without a refrigerator. There was no ventilation in the room. We tried to ventilate the room with an old thermal table fan at 32 degrees. The beds were very uncomfortable. The pillows were old and the fibers inside were lumpy. The breakfast was very mediocre and mediocre. You can only get two bites with people in a small corridor. We wanted a lighter or matches. We could not find any matches neither in the hotel nor in the restaurant. In short, I have never seen such a bad hotel in terms of price performance.

Excellent bathroom, modern-spacious-clean and....big!!! Room was on the ground floor, ideal for an elderly couple. Self service Breakfast was great! Well kept building, fresh flowers and delicious Fish & Chips, our favorite main dish, yum!!

Check-in lady could have been friendlier, the other members of the staff were very nice to us! The mattresses were horrible, although being new...

Lovely location. Restaurant was good for breakfast and drinks outside..spacious room.

Limited luxuries for the money you spent eg extra pillows, no mattress topper so 2 single Beds that separate, bath takes forever to fill up, plastic water cups wrapped in plastic and cardboard cups for coffee ..

Too warm in the room, despite the weather being 21 to 24 degrees Celsius. Some fan (ventilator) would really help, not necessarily Air conditioning, just a ceiling fan or tower ventilator would already help a lot.

Excellent well built, nicely decorated, comfortable lobby, restaurant and rooms.

No airco. So as the climate and the summer continues to warm, sleeping at night will become a problem. We traveled at the end of June. It was warm but not yet unbearably hot. So we opened a window and used the fan. August, however will be another story.Great, opulent, designer created double bathtub: it was OK to step into, took an hour to fill, but then a true challenge to exit. Do designers ever really use the stuff they create?

Rooms could have aircon

Clean, generously sized room. Good temperature control. Spacious bathroom, plenty of towels.Good restaurant. Good dinner and standard 3/4 star breakfast.Near to the Dunes which are quite spectacular. Nice quiet edge of town location. No noise at night or day.

Toaster broken, chipped glass in stack, a spillage, admittedly not obvious, in the room. Very minor problems compared to how good everything else which was so good.

We were given the small comfort room even though we paid for the larger room. After some discussion we were refunded the rate difference. Not a good stay.

Check inn/out, Stay, Dinner, Location and Facility was very good.

Maybe they should order new towels or ask their supplier for better quality towels.Breakfast buffet was okay, but could offer some more variety.

Nice small hotel. perfect location, quiet environment, good breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff. nice place for couples for a short holiday

Bed was very soft, stairs to room difficult to navigate with luggage as were very narrow. The rooms are very small

If you book a Fletcher Hotel, you never know what you’re gonna get.

Cleanliness of the room wasn’t that great. The room was also very basic. Extremely soft mattresses. Bathroom was very basic and felt like it needed partial renovation. I checked out there was water running down the elevator (on the inside and the outside) because of a sewage problem. The hotel didn’t meet the expectations and felt like a purely basic business hotel.

It’s location to the beach is perfect. The hotel was clean and the dinner in the evening was very enjoyable.

Struggle to understand how this is labelled a four star. The rooms have no air conditioning and were uncomfortably hot. I had the balcony door open but had to close due to people smoking on the balconies. It is the first 4 star that has paper cups in the room. But by far the biggest disappointment was breakfast, bread was dry and the scrambled eggs were burnt

A really nice hotel located close to the beach. Clean and a great restaurant.

A bit pricy

Great location for our purposes. Room was spacious but sparse.
