This modern hotel is located in Panamá City’s business district, just 8 minutes' drive from Vía España Avenue. It offers a gym, business center and a rooftop pool with fantastic panoramic views. The elegant, air-conditioned rooms at the Victoria Hotel and Suites feature soundproofing and contemporary décor. Each one has free Wi-Fi, either a 32-inch or 42-inch flat-screen LCD TV, iPod dock, desk, mini-bar and a coffee maker. Some of them features a spa bath. Free daily newspaper is provided. The hotel’s Carmenére Restaurant serves modern international food and guests can also enjoy free full buffet breakfast. You can get a snack or a drink at the Lobby Bar. Panamá City’s old town is a 15-minute drive from the hotel. You can drive to Tocumen Airport in 17 minutes.

- The hotel has a good location and it is safe.
Cons -
- Parking. After parking in the hotel parking the elevator is only available if you park at the top; unfortunately I found out too late. If you park at the ramp you have to constantly walk up and down that ramp to go from the parking lot to the hotel.
- Poor room service and amenities. No hand towels, no wash cloths, no coffee maker, no hair dryer.
- 1 The pool closed too early. 2 The card reader in the elevator was not working properly. This is to access the room floors and is not needed to go the lobby, etc 3 The AC fan was way too loud and even on the lowest setting was too loud. Hard to sleep
