Very close to the ski slopes. Nice restaurant. Easy parking in front of the hotel.

The rooms and overall hotel is nicely decorated, fresh and cozy. Rooms are clean with beautiful views. The restaurant and breakfast is fantastic.

Stayed already 2 times in the hotel and I am not having a good sleep. First time, the room was on 1st floor right above the water stream which was very loud. On the latest trip the room itself was very noisy, due to the refrigerator in the room which made constant noises and woke me and my partner on multiple occasions. On top of that, the room was very small for being a deluxe room.

Staff was very welcoming, and breakfast was very good.The room was pretty comfortable and clean.

We took the deal, including dinner, as well.Apparently, it was a big mistake since the choice was poor, and in addition, we were asked to pay for the water we drank. Who the hell offers a meal without beverage??

for 4* hotel, there were too many things just average and value for money was not good. if it was 3* and 30% lower price, than it would be ok. precisely - cheap carpets in the room, very basic kitchen equipment, basic lightning in the room, it was almost difficult to have som ambient light in the evenings, it was either dark or too much light. and ... this was the first time ever in any hotel in the world, when the service did not made the bed. more pieces of logo of the "Kukucka hotel" at more places was a bit broken - for me it was a sign that this hotel has passed its best times and need some renovations and probably refurbishment.

The breakfast was good.

We have spent one night there and we have choose this hotel because of the wellness area. Before our arrival I asked the hotel by email about the wellness area opening time. They didn't write and it was not even mentioned in the description that the wellness are can be used only with reservation. When we checked in at about 17:00-17:00 o'clock, the receptionist told us that the only available period for the wellness is between 22:00-24:00. It was so late that we didn't use it.We were very dissapointed that we booked a wellness hotel, but we couldn't use the wellness area. If we had known this, we would have booked another hotel.

Water stream under the windows was too close and noisy. I know it's a part of the nature, but if you are used to sleep in silence with open windows it is getting pretty loud...

Breakfast had very good variety. Food could have been served warmer. Not a fan of the bakery they use. Room and property seemed very clean.

Little things. The shower door didn't close. The light over the bathroom sink didn't work. The couch seemed a bit worn out. The tv didn't work the second night. We never found a menu for the restaurant (usually posted outside the door). Dumb little stuff!

the location of the hotel is fantastic - it cant be better. the hotel was clean, staff friendly, breakfast also really nice. We particularly enjoyed the spa in the hotel.

Absolutely perfect room with children play room and 2 balconies on boh sides of hotel. Presidents room was located through all attic floorWe had 2 bathrooms and one even with bubble bathThank You from all my heart!

We stayed here for the second time and will come more

The location is perfect, only few meters away from the cable cars. The room was perfect with a view to the peak. The breakfast was delicious.
