great location, nice room, easy parking

Simple and clean facility. Staff made adjustment to a room with 1 bed to a room with 2 beds. Hearty breakfast at sister hotel down the street. Location was great for walking around town and driving to gondola lift.

Breakfast was fantastic

The bathroom requires an immediate update - rusty radiator, lack of any kind of shower curtain and general unpleasent feel. The carpets also looked fatigued with stains etc. Finally, loud noises upstairs interfered with sleep, as if a bowling alley was above our room.

Great location of the hotel, very close to the station. Nice accommodation, but beds are a bit narrow, otherwise all was good.

I tend to avoid vacations in Slovakia due to bad past experiences, but this stay pleasantly surprised me. The receptionist was amazing, exceptionally professional, and helpful. If I were the owner of the hotel, I would reward her generously because such excellent staff in hospitality is rare. The breakfast was delicious, with a decent selection, and the dinners served at the Kamzík restaurant were absolutely great. I also have to praise the restaurant staff for being very kind and attentive.

The only downside was the outdated bathroom, which could use some renovation

The location is perfect. Just a 1-minute walk to the train station. It was very quiet at night, and the breakfast was fabulous with plenty of options.

The toilet in room 213 made noise when sitting down, as if it wasn't well attached to the wall. It might need a quick fix.

Great location

The room was wired, with no no electric sockets near the bed. The towels were only replaced upon request. The breakfast was okay, but the eggs were either overcooked or the bread was not fresh. The bathroom was tiny and the water temperature fluctuated from hot to cold and was not stable.

It had a great location, comfortable, albeit small, rooms and plenty of amenities, good breakfast and excellent staff.

The soundproofing in our room (110) was not very good - we could hear our neighbors taking a shower. It could better.

A quiet hotel where all present and correct, comfortable. It did a great job for me after a long travel day and I got good sleep in a spacious well-lit en-suite room.

The breakfast was ok, could have been a bit fresher (eg the fruit). This is not a hotel with a restaurant and that means front desk is not staffed after 7:30pm.

The rooms are quite spacious and very clean, the location is great - the train station and the cable car are only a few minutes' walk away.
