I have stayed here multiple times with clients. It is my go to hotel for the start of our voyage. We never worry that things won't be up to standards for our guests.

There is really nothing to dislike here. Great location, clean rooms, incredible staff and a good breakfast. What more can we ask for?

The air cooler was extremely noisy and the bed has lights that you cannot turn off and that is outrageous.

Somehow Ibis now removed inner curtins? This is strange and unfortunate... one cannot have natural light in the bedroom without exposure to public eyes...

Everything was great - very central, nice staff, nice room, good breakfast. The breakfast room has a cute little terrace outside - very nice!Great value!

Parking can be a challenge, but we knew that, so not really a complaint. There is free parking in town, if you are prepared to walk 5-10 minutes.

Modern, well maintained hotel. Rooms slightly small but perfectly acceptable. Amazing location in the centre of Chaves. Perfect for a few days off. We came by motorcycle and parked right in front of the hotel so cannot comment on parking.

Nothing, other than the room being slightly small, but still perfectly acceptable.

Updated & very clean. Breakfast area highlighting ancient construction below current building was very interesting.

Not much

Really small very cramped room with No table, no closet, no Kleenex, no chairs, no refrigerator, no microwave, no real glasses, no safe, basically nothing in the room

The staff were welcoming and friendly, particularly Eva and Ricardo. Breakfast was excellent.

Nothing to dislike

The hotel and breakfast exceeded our expectations.

Street parking can be a bit challenging. There was also some construction noise going on across the street but it was only during business hours.

Location is great, as Chaves is a small place and you can walk everywhere. Breakfast was amazing. The staff was great too. The bed was very comfortable and there were no issues with TV/wifi.

We went for a one night stay in Chaves and the hotel was everything we were after. The staff were all really friendly and the room, while not the biggest, overlooked the street and was quiet. The breakfast was also excellent and is available from quite early until late. I'd strongly recommend it.

Great location a few minutes from central attractions, bars and restaurants. Helpful staff, clean freshly refurbished room and bathroom, good variety at breakfast buffet.

Parking a hassle. Either constantly monitor street parking or a lot a distance from the hotel. Unloading spots almost never available. Web site led me to believe parking was included.Steps between front entrance and elevators.At breakfast Eggs kind of thick and nasty. Only one coffee machine. Need more.

Fabulous, clean, modern and comfortable, lovely reception, great room, amazing walk in non slip shower. Breakfast was fine, fresh squeezed oranges. Parking for motorbike right outside main door, reception full time.
