Very nice

The bathtub we did not like. Very slippery. Very high to get in. Walk in shower walk in shower would be much much better.

We enjoyed the breakfast. The location to all areas is perfect. Very clean hotel.

Wished the staff was a bit more friendly. Special at breakfast. Very serious?

Everything was squeaky clean

The spa is somewhat dangerous. No ladder to go into the whirlpool. The pool ladder is slippery

The price to use the spa was ridiculous. The hot tub was like warm and sauna and steam room were not very hot.

Shower/tub was a little hard to get into.

This hotel is right in the middle of Porto, very close to the river and old town. You can reach all the sites on foot. The breakfast buffet is extensive, lots of fresh fruit and also good selection of hot food. Our beds were very comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in a room in which the exhaust fan wasn't working, so the mirror fogged up very quickly while taking showers. We notified the receptionist, but since it was the weekend, the matter couldn't be fixed immediately.

Great location. Was there for aqua flaviea festival and the hotel was down the road.

No room service. Pool area cost 10 euro per 3 hour slot. No restaurant aside from breakfast on premises.

Disabled room not much thought had gone into aids ie only one wc support bar,had to checkout after one night (booked for two) charged for two nights parking plus loss off 2nd night cost and no offer of refund not happy no resturant

Beautiful spa hotel in central Chaves. Clean, very comfortable and friendly caring staff.

Nothing really except the hotel car park very small but there is public parking outside.

The hotel is very centrally located, perfect for a visit to Chaves and surrounds. Our room was spacious and comfortable with great views to the castle. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The wifi worked well. Worth noting that the underground car park is very tight.

when we checked in the 1 person at the desk was on another call - but did not make eye contact with us or apologies for teh delay - he was on teh phone for almost 10 mins

Stayed before, staff are very smart, helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Great location.

Location and cleanliness.

The bar service was extremely poor, as no glasses available to server a Prosecco and warm when we received and no ice offered for our tonic water no lemon so poor.

Well located next to the old town (which is not overwhelmed by tourists, despite being very nice with a beautiful roman bridge). Very clean. Silent. Very friendly staff.
