The cleanliness and the size of the rooms

The pool and Spa had a very noisy and inconsiderate family with a child playing for two hours. It?s a Spa for calm and relaxing not a park for playing

Amazing country vibes, spa area is great. Breakfast is delicious and various options. Jacuzzi and Sauna in perfect conditions.

covered pool was a bit weird, the floor is kind of floating and does not look very clean.

The location was not advertised accurately..it is NOT8.7 km from Meixide... it was 27 km from Meixide.Big difference....was not happy about that false advertisement...

Unconfortable bed for me it was to hard,food is a bit expensive but we found a very nice priced family restaurant 4 minutes up the road called C,C,we asked for the slide in the childrens park to be fixed on our first day because it had a screw sticking out exactly where kids seat like my daughter got her shorts stuck on it and four days later it wasent fixed

Loved the pool jacuzzi and sauna! Breakfast was very good, everything frsh and tasty. Room was wonderful, well decorated, clean and comfortable. WC very clean. An enormous balcony

Modern with a touch of the ancient. Nice spacious room. Clean and well maintained. Parking on side. As it was raining cats and dogs we didn’t make use of the facilities

The restaurant is depressing. Unfortunately not all personnel were up to the job of serving the good food.

Everything was exceptional Staff was very nice and thoughtful.Rooms were very big and well maintained and AC as well.Outside and inside pools were very nice , as well as the hot tub, a plus side was that the bathing cap was supplied by the hotel.Breakfast was exceptional, everything was present and very well made.

Parking was a bit difficult for motorcycles.

Staff 5 star, great cleanliness, good pool area with a lot poolchair and shade. Lovely gardens.All the staff receives you with a smile and after a long day you can see all the care they put in the garden. Dinner at the restaurant was also a great experience.

Average breakfast, bar didn’t serve any snacks after 7:30 (not even a simple toast) so if you wanted to eat something you had to go to the restaurant which didn’t have a lot of options.

Very nice room with good bathroom and veranda. Friendly and helpful staff. Good modern buildings built onto an old country house. Very good breakfast with copious freshly-squeezed orange juice and good selection of breads,meat, fris and cheese. Good coffee.

Dinner was mediocre. Not bad, but mot outstanding.

Excellent pool and Spa Facilities, The Breakfast was very good(8 out of 10), the room was also very good.

Lovely architecture and decent rooms. Love the spa that just adds a nice bonus to the experience.Electric car charging also grew to have.

Some strange and uncomfortable furniture and furnishings in the rooms. Could have had more thought.

It is a nice place to stay with spa facilities, ideal for a little escape.Good breakfast. There is a restaurant, and the meals are ok, but a little expensive.If you like tranquility and calm days I would recomend you to stay only from monday to friday, because in weekends the hotel and facilities are very crowdy, to much guests for me.We've stayed from thrusday to saturday and the difference was huge, even the breakfast was very much enjoyable in friday than saturday.

Understaffed at times

The staff was nice. The hotel had nice facilities, with outdoor and indoor pools, sauna and hammam. The room was large, clean and comfortable and had a very big balcony overlooking the pool. The breakfast was very good and we also had dinner at the restaurant, which was quite good and had some vegetarian options.

The beds in the twin room were separated and the soundproofing is not the greatest. The property is quite isolated, which is good for relaxing, but if you want something different you have to go to Chaves, which is 10 km away.

The rooms are so quiet and comfortable, all the staff of the hotel are helpful and friendly. The breakfast is western-style buffet with a wide variety of food but delicious.
