El Mouradi Hammam Bourguiba

The view is lovely

It’s in remote locations, where everything closes by 5:00PM, you can do absolutely nothing afterwards! , The food is bad and found hair in my desert. The AC is not working properly and the rooms are so humid and old. The price is expensive in comparison with other hotels in the area. And the pool is really small!

They succeed to loose a client.How ever I want to thank the chief of the staff (Chef the rant) to save the situation

I am really sorry about this .Hammam bourguiba is place were I go with my family to relax .This time I had to ask for the top management to fitful basic requirements, such1- activate the AC 2,special events request (events it was mentioned in my initial booking)3- at the arrival I did not had the choice to have a room but they were in a hurry to be payed in advance. 4- next day they took our bed sheet early and we had to wait for after lunch to change the room .5-i asked to upgrade my reservation to full board trought booking. Com the confirmation never came. 6.the food last two day was not up to the expectations. I am really sorry about this

Not easy to find, but well worth the detour. The spa facilities make the place. Hotel is from the seventies, dated, but prices are reasonable, rooms huge, beds comfortable. Dinner and breakfast buffet plenty. Pool is amazing with thermal water, hammam old but hot and clean. Loved it. Beautifully located on a peaceful mountainside.

Airco was not working properly, but I was on the second floor and could sleep with balcony doors open. No bugs, plenty of birds and birdsong ?

I have booked full board, I did not like that we have to ask for water every meals, I think el mouradi should change his policy about water during the payed meals.

Location is amazing, swimming pool was clean and well maintained.

Number of facilities mentioned on their page are not available in the hotel, for example there is no pool table at all. Further, hotel did not provide water, washroom slippers, whole range of toiletries, but only soap.

mosquitoes in the roomsthe service was not good , i had to wait one hour for a simple maintenance in the room , the spa is lacking staff and they would just close the pool for two hours for a “break” , the room os outdated and basic , no coffee machine or kettle . no safe in the room .my sister was injured and needed medical attention they didn’t even provide an ice pack .

Not all room has good view, and the hotel didn't tell you when you booked, only when you reach there they'll will inform you that the rooms with view are full.Also, the food quality is not as per our expectations.

The place it’s amazing the location excellent like paradise

The swimming pool cold I get very sick me and 3 members of my family.The staff was just saying complain to the manager about it and it seems they not bother at all staff and management.The hotel very old need renovation from A to Z.The hairdryers not working all 4 rooms I booked but the concierge there give me a hairdryer work.I will never go back there unless they do renovation.

Water very cold in the pool.No hairdryer towels arrived very late like after 4 hours of stay as they are short of towels.Rooms very old mold everywhere.Staff just saying complain to management and seems they don’t care

Grilling meet and cooking some food inside the restaurant all your clothes become smelly

The place is wonderful, with a lot of greenery in the surrounding, front desk team was excellent and very informative thanks to Omaima , Ilhem , khairi…The Room was big, clean, with nice views . Food at the main restaurant was delicious and our waiter Moez was very professional and welcoming. I recommend the place for everyone
