Great hotel, spacious and comfortable rooms.Because of rocky area, the beach is rather improvised, however the direct access to the swimming area through stairs was amazing. Water was so good and not many people swimming which made it maybe better experience than other hotels with real beach access. The restaurant next to the hotel is just great, although prices may be a bit on the upper side, the quality of food is very good.

A lot of food options for breakfast and dinner (half-board option), but quality not the best. I prefer less but better.

Spacious room and good buffet.

Not easy to reach without a car or taxi. The rooms are a bit outdated.

Beautiful spacious room, nice view (even though our room was not beachside). Breakfast and dinner were good.

There was no tea or coffee in the rooms and we had to buy them seperatly.

Location was good , facilities were very good , room was good size and the view from the balcony was enjoyable

The cost saving measures were annoying , there was no tea coffee or sugar in the room , hotel provided one bottle of water in 7 days , no slippers , no tissue paper in the bedroom , there were no amenities or toiletries in the bathroom . When I confronted hotel staff , they said there is supermarket which sells everything .

Gorgeous location, everything is well maintained and clean, exceptional staff, excellent food and service.

The only thing could be better is to have elevators/lifts reprogrammed to make it work more efficiently.

The rooms are big, open buffet is rich and tasty. There is a restaurant inside the hotel operated by a third party , great restaurant , great food , great service.

The staff was amazing. Pictures are accurate. Beautiful public beach near by. Walkable.

I was disappointed that the beach at the resort was rocky and didn't have direct access to the water. The beds were not comfortable and sunk in the middle (just be aware).

Breakfast was pretty good and the spa was a good time. The pool and poolside restaurant were also very good. Bed was comfortable. Overall amenities were enjoyable and there is a beautiful view.

The room was a bit outdated and there seems to be a roach problem in the bathrooms of the rooms on the first floor. Staff was sweet about it though.

although large, but pleasant hotel, with a beautiful garden, swimming pools, right by the sea. we had a great breakfast, a very wide selection of cheeses, pastries, hams, sweet, savory, everything you want for breakfast

Big hotel

The beds and bed linens were fantastic, White starched tablecloths and napkins at the restaurant were really shockingly clean. ??

There is no bitch, there are only old people all over the hotel and most of them Germans, there is nothing for kids, the hotel is badly maintained. It needs renovation. there is no tea nor coffee in the room even though there is a kettle and some cups, Overall very expensive.

My only issue with my stay was the plumbing - every time I opened the tap in the bathroom, there was a noise from the bathtub, which was quite annoying. Otherwise the hotel was very nice with lots of amenities. The room was large, the staff were very nice and helpful, the hotel was spotless and the view from the room was amazing. The location of the hotel was quiet and very peaceful, and there were local shops. There was lots of parking available and the gardens are very well kept. The private beach was amazing (something I've never seen before). The breakfast was extremely comprehensive, and all the staff in the breakfast hall were very friendly and very good at making sure the hall was clean and tables were ready for new people. Every member of the team I spoke to during my stay was friendly, helpful, and very nice. I would definitely stay here again!

Very beautiful hotel. Comfortable, spacious and beautifully designed rooms, with wonderful sea and pool view. Calm area with beautiful trees, you can listen to the sea waves and get lots of fresh air! Super friendly staff!

Unfortunately the dinner buffet was a bit disappointing if you are a food lover. You can find everything, but most dishes lack spice and character. Lots of prefab/industrially made ingredients. But the chef cooking fish or meat on demand was top class!:-)

Everything was superb. The meals offered lots of variety and the food was very good. The staff was very helpful. The room was spacious and had a great view. The location was superb.My only concern was the spa, not affiliated with the hotel. The prices were extremely high and the quality was quite poor. Stay away from the spa!

Beautifully relaxed breakfast buffet taken on the terrace with a wonderful view of the bay.The room was large, with an inner door separating the main part of the room from the entrance, making it really quiet.The bathroom was generously sized and the shower worked well.Large balcony - I had chosen to be on the mountain/woodland side of the hotel, but it was pleasant.Very good dinner buffet.All hotel staff - especially the bar and restaurant staff - were exceptionally polite and engaging, indeed very friendly.I love the quiet and isolated aspect of the hotel - the town isn't so far away and easily accessible by car or bus.

Having a room on the mountain/woodland side of the hotel, the hotel service entrance is below, and the sound of staff throwing out waste/chatting and smoking sometimes impinged on the quiet.

The food could have been better

The Location , the seaside area and also the outdoor pools. It’s a beautiful environment

Everything is very lovely. The SPA is quite nice with the heated pool however this time one sauna was not functioning at all, also the cleanliness of the sauna could be a bit improved

The area of hotel we love it, nice and quite,hotel very clean, food is good

The spa area is bit out date need maintenance and for food it's very good at Wednesday and Thursday was very good, then it's a bit boarded not much interest in buffet.

Evening meals salads were excellent but cooked meals not good . Coffee was pretty poor

Beautiful stay,very comfortable hotel, upmarket feel to it, mainly elderly guests,4th floor mountain/partial sea view is brilliant ,stunning veiws, very well maintained

Yo have to wait to be seated outside for about 40 min for breakfast,60 min for dinner, staff is not going out of the way to seat /serve guests.Problem is mentioned in previews reviews-action is not being taken.
