The hotel, rooftop and staff were amazing. Tania is such a wonderful person. She speaks multiple languages and is eager to help in anything you may need. I will definitely return in the future.

The location and Staff are the best in Cala Millor. Cudos to Tania; she is always ready to support guests and solve any problems they may have.

Internet speed is very slow if you also need to work on uploading and downloading heavy assets.

The cleanliness was great. Also the location. Best hotel breakfast ive had in a while.

The room layout had no windows.. it was in the centre in what was like room pods. That was strange. I would have liked a view or balcony.

The staff was really nice

The hotel was just next to a really loud worksite… we could not sleep at all.The bed was absolutely uncomfortable. The mattress was really old.The gave us another room in a partner hotel just 100m away. But the bed was even worse. The mattress must have been of really poor quality or really old. They told us, they would change it, but we die not hear anything back.

Location was perfect. Very friendly staff. Great rooftop beds overlooking beach. Calm atmosphere. Perfect stay.

The only thing the bed was a little hard.

The staff was super helpful and friendly, the receptionist provided us with bus timetables and gave us different ideas for activities which made our stay feel special and personal. The breakfast was gorgeous too, there was a wide selection to choose from, like Irish breakfast, cereals, different types of bread, cold cuts and fresh fruit. And something for the sweet tooth too of course!We also really enjoyed the rooftop bar, from which you have a lovely view on the sea and the landscape. The pool and jacuzzi is on the rooftop as well, alongside a bar that is open at night. Our room had everything we needed, like a safe, a coffee machine and a tv. The bed was very comfortable too. The location is superb as well, you're right in front of the beach but it's still close to the bus stops for the airport etc.

I actually expected the pool to be a little bit bigger, but it was lovely nontheless.

Very nice and friendly staff. Especially the manager Tania. Location is on the first (sea) line. Beautiful view from the bar on the top. Comfy bed and pillows.

Unfortunately I booked a room with an internal view and it was not possible to change it during my stay even for an extra payment. It was a smell of the food every night in the room. Also I could not open the curtain since everything was visible from outside. The team offered me a dinner one time as an excuse.

Great value for the money. Extremely friendly and service minded staff. I checked in very late evening, and they have saved some food from the dinner and offered a welcome glass of cava. Amazing sea view from the room.

hotel is very clean and modern, looks exactly like in the photos. the view is amazing and the location is great too.breakfast / dinner - the choice of food isnt very big, however everything is tasty, looks good and looks good quality. also, the staff is perfect, friendly and helpful, at the reception, at the restaurant etc.

Tania is the best and most humble person ever. From my checking to checkout, i got really good help from Tania in the reception, she catered to all my needs from booking taxis, arranging showers after the sea even after i have already checked out. Providing towels etc. She is amazing. The hotel is superb as well including location. Just next to the beach and the rooms are nice and cosy overlooking the beach. Very easy to go from the airport. One bus and it stops just 5 mins away. Very handy location in cala millor.Loved the rooftop sunbeds overlooking the beach. Its unreal.Only one complaint, dinner in the hotel was not that great. Rice in the Paella was not cooked properly. Long waiting time to replace finished dishes. But it's only a minor mishap I will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was great, the staff was friendly, A/C worked without problems.

The hotel is good, but it is not a 4-star hotel in my opinion. My room was tiny and pretty modest, definitely not a 4-star room. Glass door to the toilet - impossible to have darkness in the room. The whole place is quite noisy, but that's what you pay for a central location.

- clean - very good location, close to everything (shops, restaurants, etc)- very quiet

- lots of facilities closed or not accessible (no pool, no jacuzzi, no rooftop bar) - the cocktails from the downstairs bar aren’t quite tasty - the breakfast needs a bit of improvement (vegan options with non dairy milk would be a good start for example)

We had a room close to the elevator so it made a noise everytime someone used it which was a lot.

Even it is great location,just in front of the beach I would not recommend this hotel.It is not 4 star hotel.Breakfast is very poor,and most of the time food trays are empty,they do not care to replace them.

I use Booking app very often,and most of the time rooms are like on photos or better.This time they gave us the worst room,nothing like on the photos.First of all,they gave us room for people with disabilities.I asked them to change,because my husbend has bad memories on his late dad who was in a wheelchair and thay gave us probable the worst room in hotel.There was no balcony,no place where to dry our clothes,such small room that 2 people couldnt pass by.Everything was dameged in the room,doors,wardrobe..Explanation was if we booked directly on their web site we could get better room,but they charged us in advance on Booking so we couldnt do anything.

Location is good

Room is small and cheap, the view is terrible if you don't take the sea view. Breakfast is very poor. The lobby is small and not attractive.

Great location and nice terrace with comfortable sunbeds. Very tasty food with a good variety, so it didn’t get boring. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times.

The room was too small with no place to hang were bath suits etc. Bigger pool would be nice.

Just in front of the beach ! Very clean and modern hotel. Great air conditioning. The rooftop is beautiful and its view was incredible. The staff was extremely nice and always very helpful. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The ocean view room was beautiful. However, i was a little disappointed they put me on the second floor. The view was blocked a little by trees. Therefore, not like depicted in the images online.
