Great location, incredible and beautiful breakfast, great location to enjoy the east side of the island

This is the perfect hotel ever. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms and the views are exceptional. And last but not least, the food... 5 stars. I will definitely get back here.

The tourists who come into the hotel in bathing suits, with water and sand on them. Looks like they just got out of the caves with their behavior.

Overall the stay was good.The location and views from our balcony to the beach were amazing. Staff was nice.If you only require a room to stay in with amazing views and location, this hotel is a great choice.

The hotel and rooms are a bit old and requires some renovation.Also the room lacks amenities like water/coffee and fridge.Although its okay not having free water/coffee but a small fridge would’ve been great to cool our water bottles and some food when needed.

Very nice location right in front of the beach….The hotel was very clean and well maintained despite being already a bit older…. They told us that the hotel will close now to be completely refurbished and renovated and will become a four star hotel …Staff was very friendly ! But best of all - the amazing ocean view from the 7th floor !! ??? (definitely worth paying a little bit extra for a room with sea view !)

The only thing I did not like was the breakfast ! The products were of basic quality - juice from concentrate, coffee was not good, sausages very artificial… the fruit salad looked like it came out of a can… the quality of the breakfast was really not great !

We have stayed at the hotel on lots of occasions and thought the food was the best we have had over previous holidays.We have always found the staff friendly and welcoming,and part of the holiday experience.

We understand the hotel caters for mainly German tourists,but find the lack of English speaking t.v. channels a probable reason for UK holidaymakers not feeling as valued.As the hotel is going through a refurbishment, we hope the company, wishes to appeal to all nationalities, to make it, an even more enjoyable experience.

Stuff works great, perfect location, very good food (we had HB).

There is no fridge in a room ?

Very good location. Excellent food. Congrats for services! Confortable beds. I would recommend it and for sure we will come back.

A little bit too old furniture but as i understand it will be modernized this year.

The location is perfect. Also the staff was very kind and helpful.Probably the best open buffet I have seen the mainland Europe.

The room was old and tired. The bed was not even fully flat. The balcony door was so old, we could hear the crowds during the day and the loud waves at night. The hotel has no sunbeds by the sea, which was a surprise for me as it was our first time in Mallorca.

Lovely spacious room, extremely clean. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast hade a large variety on offer. Would recommend this hotel

There could be more sea food options at dinner. And the rooms do not have a fridge by default.You have to ask and pay 2 euros a day. However, there weren't any available during the first day of my stay.Just being picky. Everything was amazing! The staff is fantastic as well! Loved the hotel.

Fantastic location, wonderful views and extremely helpful staff!

10/10 the location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the beach. The beach and the ocean is sky blue colour( just like on the pictures).The staff was very friendly and polite. All of them try to speak german/ english with the guests.The prices of the drinks in restaurant and bar are cheap. Best Sangria ever!!! The room was always clean, big thank you to the cleaning staff. our room was always tip top.

The kitchen staff could try more with the food. It was low quality. Also mostly german people. It feels like Germany while we wished to experiance the spanish kultur.The beds were very soft and the pillows too hard!! we had alot of pain in the morning.And there is no parking next to the hotel!!!

The hotel is excellent. The rooms are super clean, and the sea view is amazing. The staff is very kind and helpful.About the food, there is a vast variety of dishes and everything is well prepared.I also received a small birthday gift, even though my birthday was a week earlier than our stay at the hotel.I recommend Hipotels Don Juan!

Comfy room, nice swimming pool, very good quality and choice of meals

Very uprofessional staff in the restaurant, practically spoiled our dinner.

Very clean and compfy room. Excellent breakfast. friendly staff. Great size pool , Good enetrtainment. Would definately recommend. Much better than a 3 star rated.

No tea making facilites in room or fridge

Hotel is on perfect place in middle of small city and on beach with top view from hotel rooms. Rooms are little bit old but it is not point to talk about because it is 3* hotel. We took breakfast and dinner which was amazing and have a lot of meals for choose. Everyday is fresh and delicious. Hotel employees was perfect and they prepare us breakfast in 5:00am because of early flight. Best hotel in this part of Palma.

The staff were amazing, especially the restaurant staff and the chef was lovely at sorting out our wine ordering issues!!!
