Hotel Millor Sol

The breakfast was outstanding, absolutely worth it. Location is very good, the beach is nearby. There are plenty of parking places.

The room could be equipped with a few more facilities, like: fridge, water, coffee machine, cotton swab and others.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent selection of food for breakfast/dinner. Also very good evening entertainment. An excellent experience all around.

Pleasant decor and clean hotel

Some servers at breakfast very poor. Food was served until 10:00 but then unpolitely pushed to leave less than 10 minutes after.

Very good breakfast and dinner. I asked to upgrade my apartment, and the did it.

The pool was great, and our son really enjoyed it. The food offered a wide variety of choices, all of which were delicious. The hotel is located in a lovely, peaceful area.

The room didn’t have a refrigerator or even a single bottle of water.

Nice and quiet , always space around the pool, never a fight for a sunbed.

Would be good to have a mini fridge in the rooms.

The hotel is generally in a good location — it's quiet and peaceful, making it suitable for rest and relaxation. The rooms are spacious and clean. The housekeeping ladies are wonderful and hardworking, and the guys from the pool bar are cool and friendly.However, the rest of the staff, especially some of the receptionists and most notably the restaurant staff, were extremely rude at times. For example, one morning I wanted to enjoy a cup of coffee and a cigarette before breakfast, so I took my coffee and went outside to sit by the pool bar area. The restaurant waiters literally chased me down, tried to snatch the coffee out of my hands, and started arguing with me, saying it was against hotel policy and that I should buy coffee from the pool bar. When I explained that the bar wasn’t open yet, they angrily told me to go into town if I wanted coffee. That kind of behavior towards a guest is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.During breakfast and dinner, they also stared at our plates in a very intrusive and inappropriate way, making the dining experience uncomfortable. There is no minibar in the room, and unlike most hotels in Mallorca, they don’t provide drinking water, which is quite disappointing.The pool is only open from 10 AM to 6 PM, and the man in charge of cleaning it seems to be in a constant bad mood and ready to argue — of course, only in Spanish.In conclusion, this is an *okay* hotel in terms of location and cleanliness, but it suffers from deeply problematic staff who clearly do not respect or value tourists. They act like they’re forced to be there and would rather be anywhere else. A real shame, because with better service, this place could be great.

Breakfast was good, and it was clean.

The check-in staff I got was horrible, did not care about giving info- very unfriendly- terrible arrival and check out experience.

The hotel has perfect location - walking distance to the beach, to supermarket and all small shops, massages around.Staff is very helpful, kind and smile. Room is every day (except Sunday) clean. Just behind the hotel is free parking.

The buffet is quite small.Neither the room size. In the room is no even kettle, no tea, no coffee.

Excellent breakfast. Very clean. Nice location, close to the beach. It's like a 4 star hotel.

The noise of show from the ground floor can be heared during the night. But it's acceptable

Dinner selection could be a bit richer, also some diecious were really without taste. Rooms are a little outdated already, but we're regularly cleaned. Bed shits could be replaced.No internal or heated pool, which can be a problem if bad weather

The hotel had its own pool where you could spend time and various local equipment (swimming ring, swimming mattress, balls, etc.). Dinner changed every night with different food, which was pleasant and varied.

The dishes were occasionally dirty (poorly washed). The noise in the corridor echoed in the rooms.

We liked our Room #402 the view from our room and the beds were very comfortable. All the staff were extremely friendly except the guy cooking the eggs in the morning. He was so rude.

The guy cooking breakfast was always rude and mumbling under his breath in spainsh. No kettle or tea making facilities in room.

Rooms may have a standard water boiler and glass to drink something

I had a fantastic experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, providing the perfect environment to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was incredibly friendly and always eager to help with any request, making us feel truly welcome.One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. It was included with our booking, and we were impressed by the variety and quality of the food. Whether you prefer a light meal or a more substantial breakfast, there was something for everyone.

However, there were some key amenities missing in the room that affected the convenience of our stay. There was no bottled water provided, nor were there any cups, a refrigerator, or an electric kettle with tea and coffee, which are usually standard in many hotels. Additionally, there was a charge for towel replacement, which felt a bit excessive considering the room rate.

There were only 2 coffe machines in the breakfast- it was a good wait, but also the coffee wasn’t worth to wait. My room (304) was quite old and shower didn’t work. Really would liked to use fridge in that hot climate. Also there wasn’t classes in the bathroom.The night adveritisement music was so loud that it was impossible to hang outside that same time.Pool closed at 6pm-5 minutes earlier the lifeguard shouted everyone out, altought it was really nice to swim and sunbathe. Would be nice to announce that after these hours (10-6) are swimmer at their own risk.had a feeling that rules of that hotel where more important than happy customers.This hotel has a room for development!

Good locationAmazing breakfast

Pool is closing at 18... that would be a big minus as we visit other beaches and return to the hotel after 18. Couldn't enjoy the pool.

Far from the Airport so have to rent a car. No regular public transport.

Pool very good. Easy walk to beach and bars/ restaurants.
