The property was clean and in a good location. The breakfast included was good.

The air conditioning didn’t work in our room and it was very warm so we had to move to another room which was inconvenient but the staff was great.

We loved the hotel — everything was spotless and the rooms were spectacular, with an incredible view. The breakfast was complete and delicious. Fabio at the reception was extremely helpful and helped us plan our itinerary. There’s no parking on the property, but it’s easy to find nearby. We also loved Villasimius — it’s a lively town surrounded by stunning beaches.

The employees were all so friendly and helpful.There was everything you needed in appartment.It was extremely clean and really nice with a breath taking view.Would definitely return to this place, If every I came back to this area. Highly recommended you won’t be disappointed.

Modern clean rooms, decent breakfast to start the day.

Parking is on the street. We stayed over the weekend and in the evening coming home we had to park about 5 mins walk away. The walk itself isn't the issue it's parking down a dark, isolated street and worrying if the car is ok overnight. There is closer paid parking nearby but it's paid from 8am meaning you'd need to be out and move/buy tickets before then or risk a fine. So this made it a bit stressful. We'd also requested a quiet room months prior at booking and it's always frustrating to arrive and be told all rooms are all allocated (aka get what you're given) - honestly it would be better to say we've given you a quiet room (aka we listened and responded) - makes for a better arrival experience all round.

Stylish, modern well furnished rooms, pretty surroundings and good breakfast. The location itself is very good with various food options 2 mins walking distance, kids playground 3 mins walking distance and the amazing Porto Giunco beach is 5-7 minutes by car.

The spa is ridiculously expensive at 40 euros for 50minutes which is barely enough to do one round of sauna + cooldown.

Very happy with the hotel, good breakfast, our room was excellent, the managers solved the inconveniences, they were always concerned about our comfort, Valentino at the reception was very attentive and kind ,at breakfast Massimo was very kind too.

It's a lovely modern hotel not far from the town and beaches.We had a lovely room with a huge terrace.We had a warm welcome at reception and a delicious breakfast

The spa opening hours didn't fit with our trip, but we only stayed one night and it's not in season yet so it wasn't a problem .

The hotel was immaculately clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable with a big bathroom. We had a balcony which was lovely to sit on in the early evening.We had a hire car which we were able to park for free on the street outside. Not sure how easy this would be in peak season.

The property is very modern with great facilities. The staff is very welcoming and the breakfast was great. Extremely clean and nicely furnished.

The TV was too complicated to use but we only stayed for one night so it did not really effect us :)

All the staff was very friendly and always keen to help us with suggestions for restaurants / places to visit. Great location as well.

We came from the north (close to Alghero) from 4*Hotel but it was completely old and only old people there so at the beginning we was happy)) Personal is very friendly and all was OK

Breakfast is the same every day but it is not very big problem. And conditioner is installed a little bit not good (hard to make comfortable temperature without cold wing) but it possible just in our room (105)

The hotel was very clean, smells nice, new rooms with a large bed, great location, very nice employee Valentino :)

Breakfast was awful...everyday the same,coffee awful...and scrambled eggs awful...small choice of food...The boss needs to seriously think about changing this because the hotel is very nice and clean,nice staff that works there but the kitchen ?

No parking, we got a parking ticket leaving our car on the street in what appeared to be a free place to park. No real fruit juice at breakfast, only nectar.

Location was good and was clean. Nice small balcony.

Found the bloke at front of desk a bit rude. Everything seemed such hard work. A friendlier manner would have been appreciated. No water in the gym as well was wasn’t great.

The room was spacious, very clean, and quiet, providing a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Most of the staff were not very helpful, except for the breakfast waitress, who was kind and attentive. The breakfast itself was very basic, lacking fresh fruit, natural juice, and only offering instant coffee.

Location, facilities, tidiness, cleanliness and the excellent customer service. Staff were extremely and helpful and knowledgeable of the area to provide beach, restaurant and bar recommendations.

Cannot fault anything about the property.
