Cruccùris Resort

Beautiful property, very well maintained. Our room was clean and very comfortable with a lovely outdoor seating area. Bathroom was big, shower was small. Pool areas and gym very good. Breakfast was good, except for canned fruit.

Why would you have a sign in the bathroom saying only change the towels you need to help save the environment and then provide only plastic cups in the room? We asked for 2 wineglasses and were told the price would be 12 euros! Shame! We used the plastic cups. Dinner in the restaurant was absolutely horrible. The staff told us that they have heard this before. Been to Italy 3 times and this was the worst food ever. Feels like some weird thing like the owner’s nephew is running the restaurant and he can’t be fired. So bad.

Rooms are big, it is quiet, clean.

Should have a coffee machine in the rooms. Hotel should provide help in luggage especially if a lady is struggling with pushing her bag, if not out of service, out of respect!

The place is very nice, quiet and relaxing, the pool and the pool area are very nice as well. We had really nice terrace. Food was really good, there were lots of insteristing sweets for breakfast (it was easter). Pool is open 24/7.

The communication was a bit difficult and there was generally a bit of true italian chaos all around (breakfast, dinner, reception, ..) so be ready for surprises. Breakfast had menu options, but the omeletes (which was most of the menu) were slightly disapointing and also not included in the half-board. There is no schedule for massages, so you have to arrange it with the reception and it took us few days to arrange. Around the whole resort, there were quite a lot of ants.

I liked the pictures of the resort before booking which gave off different feeling than what it actually was, but the resort was kept clean, also both swimming pools had very clear water and grass was mowed, lots of beautiful plants in the garden

the room was dark even in daylight, poor lighting, smelly of damp (couldn’t sleep),no kettle, no coffee maker, minibar with water €2.50 only, no glass just plastic cups, soaps and bodycream of strong men’s parfume only, towells not soft, they would never dry (to drying rack), mosquitos in room (nothing to prevent it), overgrown garden, dry leafs everywhere, crops fallen on pathways, lots of flies when sitting in the garden, just grass was mowed, smelly cleaning products in the building, poor breakfast (cooked was only a boilled egg), poor information about the resort & services, area, no map provided and how to get about, excursions - had to ask, sunbeds at beach charged, shuttle to the beach only 2x day, remote location in the middle of nowhere and no carrier for suitcases (had to pull it on the cobblestone winding up and down garden paths by myself)Got better service for half the price everywhere else

Pool area and garden is beautiful. Staff is amazing.

Omlette and bacon costs extra. Think it should be included in the price.

Beautiful hotel, pool area, and grounds. It's a very special place. The staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The pool area transforms at night into a romantic dining experience, a floating crescent moon, thoughtful lighting and every few days, live music. The breakfast was tasty and healthy plus cooked options and lots of options even for those with intolerances. We'd definitely come back.

These are minor niggles but I hope the feedback is useful. May just be the room we were in, but the air conditioning kept the room cool while we were out which was lovely to return to, but it seemed to get hot very easily with the lights on or a door opened briefly and took hours to cool again. I'd have liked a little kettle/coffee maker in the room to wake up with.

This resort is beautiful. The bedrooms are fantastic, quite big and very clean with our own little garden area.. We spent a day by the pool which was very relaxing. All the staff are incredible. A warm friendly welcome from the reception when we first arrived. Helpful and polite staff every morning at breakfast. Special thanks to the bar staff bringing us our aperol spritz all day. Wonderful resort. Couldn't ask for more!

Nothing! It was perfect

We loved the hotel and atmosphere. Walking to the beach 15 min. Beautiful room and pool was meticulously maintained. Definitively going back.

Dinner was not good for us.

The room was very nice and clean. The outside pools are fantastic and the area is really quiet. The restaurant food was average and quite expensive for the quality. On the other hand breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly and nice.

We requested a firm mattress and the one we received was very soft and uncomfortable at times. The middle of the mattress would just sink.

It's super clean and relaxing. The staff was accommodating and friendly. This is by far the best resort in the area.

The restaurant is overpriced and catering for specific dietary requirements is limited.

The property was immaculately clean. The room was a good size, with a nice veranda and a view of the mountains behind the hotel. The pool area was also perfectly maintained, with lovely staff servicing the are throughout the day. The food both at breakfast and dinner was outstanding, served by an outstanding team !! Thank you!!

There was nothing of note . However, given the location a hire car would have been a good idea. Unfortunately I had chosen not to arrange this, although hotel reception did offer to arrange for me.

The resort is a little piece of tranquility and heaven in surrounded by mountains. It is rustic, beautiful and very well maintained. The staff are excellent, very helpful and professional. Nothing is too much for them. The swimming pool, sun loungers and terrace area are perfectly set up for a day of relaxing. The ease of ordering and charging food, drink and services is very welcome and takes the admin out of settling bills until the end. The price of food and drink is slightly more expensive than in town or at local restaurants but the quality of produce is excellent and the convenience is worth it. We spend 5 days here for our honeymoon and couldn't have asked for a more perfect place.

For health and safety reasons, the resort doesn't provide irons for guests to use and so you have to use the laundry and ironing service. This isn't a problem, just unexpected (and the service comes at a charge too). The ironing was impeccable, though, and very convenient, so on the whole was worth it!

The is a very special place. Surrounded by mountains and overlooking the sea. Very quiet and set in the most beautiful landscaped gardens. Pools were a perfect temperature. Another thing that makes it so special are the staff, so efficient and friendly. They all seem to want to make sure your stay is perfect and it was. Cannot emphasise how beautiful this place is.

Beautiful and perfect location

We booked an anniversary meal it was 170 euro. We were half board anyway. We thought it was very poor value for money - sad really as the rest was perfect

excellent location above the sea, dramatic mountain scenery around. big pool surrounded by lush gardens and palms. balcony with far view, tasteful dishes in restaurant. and last but not least: very helpful and friendly staff.

Amazing garden and great pool

Quiet location

The bathroom and toilet are in the same room.The ventilation in it was not connected to the use, but was independently timed by the management.The shower was a 900mm "plugged in unit" with all the gismos but very little space.
