Xenia Hotel

Xenia hotel suited our needs perfectly for a one-night stay. We could park (free) right out the front of the hotel and the Conad supermarket was practically next door. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The variety and quality of breakfast options (included in the price) was an unexpected surprise - and the coffee was great!

We liked each one more than the previous.- nice town, take a walk through the main street during the night, what a great atmosphere. Plenty of restaurants (most need reservation unless you eat early (~7pm) or late (after 9pm)- easy parking available nearby.- courtesy water, iced tea, among others provided.

Can't think of anything I didn't like. Would gladly go back to the same place.

Nicely decorated hotel. Breakfast with a good choice of salty and sweet food, different drinks (hot and cold). Very clean and well equipped room and bathroom. Very close to town centre and shops by foot.

Staff didn't really speak English.WiFi not strong enough.

we only stayed for one night, and was perfect for what we needed. comfortable, spacious and in a great location. staff were very accommodating.

we didn’t realise it allowed pets and doors were quite loud in corridor.

Insects made us sleep badly (rooms should be equipped with insects repellent), the internet is uterly unreliable (in fact, it is almost as there wasn't any) and the breakfast contains too many sweets (we would have appreciated more variety of fruits, nuts, cheese, olives, etc

Great hotel, tasty breakfasts, clean rooms and interesting interior. Definitely recommend to stay here!

We stayed on ground floor, which was unbearably noisy every morning from 7-30am - 10am especially during breakfast. Impossible to sleep past 7:30am due to the noise of the door leading to breakfast being opened and closed - this was also a problem of an evening while trying to sleep. Breakfast was too repetitive, only changes was to the cakes provided - we were very fed up of ham and cheese by the end of our stay. Double bed is 2 single beds pushed together, and one of our mattresses was broke - it had very little/no support.

Comfortable room with a lovely balcony. Located within a short walk to the town centre, with bars and restaurants. Hotel provided free bikes, which were brilliant for cycling to the beaches in the surrounding area. Breakfast provided had a reasonable selection of food on offer.

At the breakfast it was very difficult to get a coffee. On the first day we were offered one but then after this we had to go out of our way to track down a member of staff and request one.On the final morning we had an incident where we politely asked for some still water at breakfast, because the hotel had accidentally put two jugs of sparkling water out. The member of staff on duty was very rude to us, laughing and dismissing our request.

it’s like a hustle or motel, like dormitory. very bad breakfast almost no option beside some sweets which didn’t look fresh

Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast, free bike rental which was a bonus. Right next to a super market too

Lovely small hotel, cozy and comfortable rooms, friendly personal. About 2 km from the beach, but there are bicycles in the hotel for free, so we just used them whole day long, that's great.

The location is not very near the center, butit can be walked

Everything, Comfy rooms, small balcony was a plus, very clean, beautiful and delicious breakfast, Konad supermarket next to the hotel, not more than 10 minutes by walk to the centre, ample parking.

No lift. 25-30 minutes by walk to the closest beach however it was a nice walk.

Calm location walking distance to the centre. Good choice for breakfast. Great that you can take bikes for free to go to the beaches.

The layout of the room was not very practical.

Room had everything you need plus a balcony. We only had one night but we are glad we stayed here.

Nice hotel with modern furniture (which you don’t find very often in Sardinia), all very clean, great breakfast buffett (which you also don’t find very often in Sardinia). Most outstanding was the super friendly and helpful receptionist. 5 star mindset!!

The lady at the breakfast service did not speak a single word english.

Perfect location to explore the town, bars and restaurants. Little bit further to beach but we used the bikes provided by hotel and worked perfectly!! Would definitely stay again.
