Location, breakfast & attentive staff. Hotel employee was so attentive and kind that she gifted us umbrella to use for remainder of trip.

AC is not too cold but could be user error:-)

Simons was very helpful giving tips about beaches and restaurants. Nice room and free parking nearby.

The staff was very nice and helpfull, and diserve 5 stars for all the good advices that we recived.The breakfast was very good.

The pillows were not very confortable, the bathroom was small and out of date, with old cortin shower, and there was moisture smell.

The hotel is perfectly located at the centre. You just need to step out of the hotel and everything is within reach. The restaurants recommended were excellent. As we were headed to the beach for the day they made the booking for us which was very helpful. We booked a superior room with a balcony which was spacious and comfortable with a brilliant bathroom and fancy shower. The balcony was huge. Perfect for lounging on, drying beach clothes and to do yoga on. The host of the hotel was extremely knowledgable about the area and her sharing of information made our time there special. Would highly recommend the hotel and would love to return.

Very friendly staff, amazing rooms and breakfast

Simona was so very helpful, always ready to help with information in order that our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Valentina and her lovely smile at breakfast always made our day. Would absolutely recommend staying at this comfortable and well appointed hotel and the staff make it all the better.

The hotel in literally in the city center and easy to find. Near you have a free parking near Conad supermarket. The room is not so new and modern, but it was clean. Little thin walls so you can here if someone is walking around the hall. The breakfast was classic italian - toast, butter with ham and cheese, croissants with marmalade and nuttela, fruits and coffee. Very delicious! The lady who works there is very kind and polite! She gave us the instructions about the free parking and always asking if we need anything else. I was there for one night.

I would recommend renovation, I think it has really great potential, but all in all it was clean!

Very nice hotel, very clean and comfortable room, great location, and of course here is Super Simona, she is very friendly and polite and she helped us for everything! The parking is near the Hotel, about 5 mins walking.

Great location, just 5 mins walking to the town centre.

As soon as we walked into our room in the evening we noticed a huge amount of ants around the fridge, wardrobe, window and bathroom. We then decided to eat only on the balcony to avoid making the situation worse. The morning after we mentioned the issue to the lady at the reception which later in the day blamed us as they looked in our room and we had some food in the room (still sealed, never opened) and the rubbish on the balcony. We also mentioned at our arrivals that my husband is vegan and she started asking what he can/cant eatdo you eat fish?. So surprised that in 2023 people dont know what Veganism means and we have to stand jokes like why dont you eat these flowers by the receptionist. Also, we chose this hotel for the free parking but they didnt mention we couldnt park due to the local markets happening during the summer months.

The hotel is beautifully laid out around an open courtyard where breakfast is served. The perfect way to start the day! The beds were really comfortable and we had access to a rooftop terrace. Simona, the host couldn't have been more helpful or friendly!. Her advice on what to see and do each day was like having a personal tour guide - she got everything right for us!

The host was very nice and the view from the front terrace is good. Great area in city center close to shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment. The and coffee in the room.

The bed is too hard, the pillows too flat, bad and hard, the room is small with lack of good interior design (bad closet, few hangers and no creaks. No shelfes in the badroom to put your toilet articles. The curtains are full of holes.

Everything but most of all the staff. They were very helpful and superb. They supported us in all of our needs. Will definitely return. Also the breakfast and coffee was equisite

There were some ants in the room.

The staff is really helpful!! I forgot her name but the Spanish lady was always helping when needed and giving a lot of tips to us. The location is excelent. Extremely recommended.

Hotel very central in the city, parking was easy on the street. Good international breakfast Simone was very friendly and helpful, gave us very good recommendations for our stay

You cant drive up to the hotel between 7pm-1am due to limited traffic in the city center, parking nearby (5min) by foot was still possible

Breakfast was great, so much to choose between. Staff was super, very helpful, fun. Clean and spacious rooms.

We were here in April so more warmer blankets for the bed would have been good.
