Beautiful view, clean, breakfast included, staff were so nice, room cleaning everyday, perfect location

Location was superb right in the centre of Villasimius.We were able to park for free just 5 mins walk from hotel.Room was superb with bed very comfy.Breakfast selection had to be ordered night before, but list of options was extensive and no limits on amount selected.We eat at Sardus restaurant nearby, delicious Focaccia sandwiches with roast potatoes. Dessert very good as well!Antonino at reception was very friendly and helpful providing lots of local advice.

Our room was a little noisy with adjoining room having TV on very late and very loud.

Really nice place, impeccably clean, right in the centre of town and I can’t speak highly enough of the staff who were super informative and really nice and laid back.

Stylish hotel, rooms very comfortable. Love the location in the centre of time, a great base for our stay in Villasimius. Most of all though it is the staff that make this an enjoyable place to stay, from the welcome as you arrive and return each day to the breakfast service. Also we were really impressed with how well our room was cleaned each day.

I don’t love having to pre-order breakfast but understand but it works this way at this place.

Perfect location in the heart of Villasimius, very modern and clean boutique hotel. Staff were exceptional, always very polite and helpful. Antonio at reception went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed, he even went out of his way to help me resolve a parking ticket. Amazing stay and we are very grateful!

Free parking is about a 4 minute walk away but it’s not a big problem.

Location was amazing, close to the beach. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great despite it being only 1 night there. The hotel was extremely clean and so big, exceeded our expectations. Would recommend to friends and family who want to visit Villasimius!

By far the most beautiful hotel in south Sardinia we've seen so far! The modern style along with the absolutely lovely backyard (which serves as the breakfast location) complemented the perfectly clean and very comfortable rooms. Bonus points for the handsome staff - always friendly and with super helpful hints on where to go for e.g. drinks or dinner.We had a perfect night in Villasimius, and it will certainly not be our last one there.

If you come by car, the parking situation is a bit tricky. But not really an actual issue.

Hospitality, sea and food.

The location is great, right in the heart of the area.

The rooms have no proper ventilation so smell weird and not fresh at all.

Breakfast was extensive (able to pre-order from long list).Close to very good restaurants.Outside drying of swimming gear possible.

Car parking was 5 minute walk (for free park), overnight parking was closer but expensive.Window was into communal area.

The place is really nice and very clean. The bedrooms are cleaned every day. Staff are friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel 100% to stay for holidays or any other reasons.

Amazing hotel in the center of Villasimius! We stayed there for 3 nights in the high season in August, and you just got everything close by. Restaurants, bars and shops next to it, and also lots of parking availabilities nearby (as the street turns into a pedestrian street in the evenings, so no cars allowed there at that time).Wonderful staff as well, super friendly and helps you out if you need anything. Breakfast was also really good, and rooms were also super clean.Thumbs up and definitely recommendable!?

A charming hotel set in the middle of Villasimius. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, tidy and air-conditioned room overlooking the rear courtyard with district views. Highly recommended.

The property was extremely chic and quaint and located very close and walkable distance to everything in the center~! The room was very clean and comfortable. I ended up not staying the night because I wasn’t feeling well. However, when I go to Sardinia again I will definitely stay at this hotel again. The gentleman, Antonino that worked there was extremely helpful and very kind and caring. He went above and beyond. He was so exceptionally empathetic and translated everything for us. I look forward to visiting again!
