    Pros +

    • excellent staff, comfortable room and bath, tasty dining with true flexibility for vegans and vegetarians, on the beach, apperativo/cocktail hour
    • It was close to the beach, its own private beach, where sun beds and umbrellas were included with the room. The hotel also had free parking which was helpful. The bed was comfortable and the staff was incredibly nice. Breakfast buffet (included in my room rate) was good - not incredible - but good.
    • It was a few short steps to the beach, the staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and the food was amazing!

    Cons -

    • Very small bedroom and the porch overlooked the alleyway for services, not pretty.
    • When I arrived at about 15:00/3 PM, there was no running water in the hotel. No running water. They got the water problem fixed a little after 22:00/10 PM that night. At around 21:00 I asked the manager what time the issue started and he said, "This evening" which was an outright lie. After telling him there was no running water when I arrived, he offered to comp my room. The following morning before I checked out, I said 1/2 the rate was fine. Comping my room was generous but didn't seem entirely fair to the hotel/staff.
    • We liked everything.

Location , close to the beach and short walk (20 min) to town. The restaurant was excellent and the staff also. Very comfortable stay .

    We liked everything.

Lovely clean hotel next to the beach. Staff friendly and helpful.

Some additional costs for example you only get 1 beach towel and then you have to pay to have it cleaned. Also additional breakfast costs.

It was a beautiful hotel right next to the beach and beautiful inside and the rooms very comfortable. Lots of beautiful greenery and plants.

Would of been nice if the beach chairs were included, we had to pay 3 euros to change one beach towel, would of been nice that they would give us water every day and not pay for it and also not charge if ever we wanted an omelette.

Perfect location, great staff, free parking, excellent breakfast with many choices even for vegetarians

Parking was tight but given that many other places didn’t offer free parking on site, not a big deal. However, there was a local tax that the hotel charged and booking.com quotes taxes and fees included, which is misleading and should be corrected.

Nicely situated, helpful staff, excellent on-site dining

A bit dated decor, but tidy

Pros: friendly staff, hotel is located right on the beach, beautiful buildings and landscape. The rooms have air conditioning! We loved that.

Cons: breakfast is bland, the scrambled eggs were extremely watery everyday. If you want to use the beach bed they cost between 20-40€ to use, depending on which row you pick.

Spacious, attractive hotel with lovely green grounds, in great beachside location. Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast,

    Nothing!!!

Wonderful place. Great location. Amazing private beach. Liked it so much decided to book an additional night. Gym, pool, and beach made it tops in our trip. Close drive to city center to explore other eating options.

Limited menu options for children and vegetarians. Price is pretty steep, but by far the nicest place we stayed on the island.

Some rude staff ,never smiled could speak English but when you wanted anything or info they don't understand.Extra attention went to the Italians Felt they didn't want English there Be aware of city tax you have to pay when you leave 4 euros per person a day Private beach but you have to pay Rip off . Would I go again No I would spend my hard earned money in Malta Lovely happy smiley helpful people wherever you go

It’s paradise from the minute you walk in and receive your welcome tropical drink! The staff is professional, the Manager walks the property and stops to greet you. The property itself is decorated beautifully and they offer the local wines and cheese. They have a full bar, they had a live singer for entertainment one night and we watched from our balcony while watching the amazing sunset. The rooms are spacious with everything you need and more! A 1 minute walk to their private beach to enjoy the crystal clean water and a quiet environment with the locals. The Resturant staff for breakfast , lunch and dinner are 10 star! They are ALL kind, friendly, engaging, respectful and professional. The food is fresh and a culinary delight! The Spa that they have on property is quaint and my massage lady was friendly and accommodating ❤️

They have a local ordnance in Sardinia that will not allow bathrooms on the beach. Not the hotels fault at all, but a difficulty when you need to go, you must walk back to the hotel. The hair dryers in the room are the ones that you have to hold the button down while trying to style and dry and that is cumbersome to say the least for ladies with long hair. They could and should invest in better hair dryers as well as upgrade the soap and shampoo in the bathrooms, not up to par for this level of a hotel and the cost paid for the room.

    Bad

My stay at Hotel Simius was deeply disappointing, to say the least. This was my second visit to Sardinia, and after experiencing several hotels, I can confidently say that this was one of the worst I’ve stayed in. Despite indicating that we were visiting for our honeymoon, we received no special attention or upgrade. The room we were given was dirty, dusty, and had a balcony with no view and filled with insects. After insisting, they offered to move us to a temporary room for just one night until the original room was cleaned, and this offer was communicated by a staff member who couldn’t speak English. One of the hotel’s main promises is a private beach for guests, but we discovered that to actually use it, an additional fee of 90 euros per bed is required! In a hotel where we paid 2,080 euros for our stay, they also charged an extra 3 euros for cleaning beach towels, a service that other hotels provide for free. The breakfast was very poor, with almost no vegetables, and the food didn’t feel fresh. I even saw one of the waiters filling the “freshly squeezed juice” jugs from simple carton boxes, contradicting their claim that it’s freshly squeezed on-site.Regarding cleanliness, unless you place a specific note in your room, they won’t change the sheets and towels – something I’ve never encountered in other hotels. The worst part was when we approached the reception desk with complaints about the service, cleanliness, and overall experience. The responses were indifferent, with no willingness to help or understand our concerns. A hotel with such poor service is definitely not worth the price they charge guests.

The hotel was beautiful and right next to the beach and there is a lovely swimming pool, they even included a beach bag in the price of my stay -to take home, there were also fresh free green apples. I took advantage of the discounted massage on site and there was free entertainment Saturday night by the pool - an excellent Italian / English singer.

It would be great if the sunbeds / umbrellas on the beach were not so expensive, but I don't know if the Hotel manages the beds.

Wonderful beachside location. White sand, crystal clear sea. Hotel has a really nice vibe with helpful staff and a lovely bar area. Good selection of restaurants around 20 minutes walk away.

Beach beds on the hotel’s private section of the beach aren’t included for those on a bed and breakfast package. They really should be considering how expensive the hotel is already. You wouldn’t expect to pay extra at a luxury hotel.

Beach & food are very good

    Rooms should be renovated.

Amazing breakfast and very attentive staff. Lovely environment and a shortish walk to stunning beach, although the private beach here wasn’t the best

    Disappointing

Not recommended! Not worth the price. Entry level rooms cost more than 400 euros n face one tree. So ridiculous. Room is small, lunch seafood is frozen not fresh and it takes more than half an hour to wait for the bills. Service is just so so as well. Won’t come back again. 不推荐 华人快避雷 不要住这家 中国人不骗中国人
