Pros +
- One of the best breakfasts we had over 12 days in Sardinia. Close to a nice beach. Quiet and relaxing. AC worked well.
- The location is great right next to the beautiful Campulongu beach. The onsite parking was comfortable. The breakfast was good; the croissants were delicious!
- The breakfast was a decent one. It was small, but expected in Italy, and everything was delicious. The pool is a decent pool with some gym equipment and a sizeable jacuzzi next to it. The restaurant and the kiosk next to it made it very easy for us to have lunch. The access to the beach and the beach itself were stunning. The place was impeccably clean and the views from the hotel were beautiful.
Cons -
- The layout of our room (4) was a bit cramped, and we are not a fan of sliding pocket bathroom doors.
- For the cost of the hotel I expected a higher class service and more value for the money. The back side from our balcony looked like a storage for all sorts of random items; not a pleasant view. This area could be tidied up, and the garden furniture sanitised. My husband’s back smelled like a sweaty old man every time he sat out there in those plastic chairs. And he is definitely not a sweaty old man.At breakfast I would suggest to start using glass cups instead of plastic ones.I also didn’t like the idea that you have to pay for the beach beds even if you are a paying guest of the hotel. Therefore I suggest to bring your own umbrella and beach towel. We were told that there was no food served at the pool, so this was also a downside for us.I could hear all neighbouring people’s conversations.
- The bathroom needs a good refurbishment, especially the shower, which had a clogged drain and took some time to drain. The TV remote wasn't working well either, but it didn't bother me much as we weren't there to watch TV.

Nice location. Beautiful surroundings. Very kind, nice staff, namely Lifeguard Puma and waitress Alexandra:)
Close to the beach and very large room with a terrace
Stairs
Beautiful hotel, nice courtyard, relaxing. Very nice welcome from reception. Room was spacious, nice furniture.
Mattress! ? It was like a trampoline, every time my husband turned I was jumping like a fish on a hot pan ?
Proximity to the sea, pool, surroundings.
Breakfasts were frugal. Not once did we come across cheese, cold cuts, or vegetables. There were eggs, scrambled eggs (if they hadn’t run out in the warmer), as well as cereal, croissants, and fruit. Ants in the room.
The Portuguese guy (sorry didn't get your name) working on reception was an amazing host made us feel very welcome from the minute we walked through the door.. he is a great asset to your business! There's ample parking for your car. The beach is less than 5 mins walk away, they have sun beds to rent should you want. Room was comfy and clean with up-to-date Aircon it even had a little balcony bit to dry your beach stuff. Breakfast had a good selection of breakfast stuffs. The evening meals were basic BUT were very tasty presented well and a reasonable price there was a fresh fish counter you could pick your fish if you wanted.
If I'm being really picky it wasnt very quite in the room. I think we could hear a toilet cistern filling from a room next door in the night. But honestly it didn't bother us too much!
Perfect location, free parking.
The room we got did not look at all like the one in the pictures. After one shower the hot water ran out.
The proximity to the beach is the biggest selling point of the hotel. The staff was really helpful and very friendly.
While I appreciate the proximity to the Pineta, there were a few areas where I felt the experience could be improved.Breakfast: I believe offering a wider variety of products, especially local produce, would enhance the breakfast experience.Rooms: The rooms felt a bit basic for the price point. Additionally, the tables with computers, paper, and staff members on the way to the breakfast room created a somewhat cluttered atmosphere. Perhaps a separate office area could be considered.Amenities: The area surrounding the breakfast room appeared a bit messy and disorganised. It's unfortunate that the chef wasn't available on Tuesdays. Maybe hire a second chef who is available on Tuesdays? Is it really necessary to pay extra to have the umbrella on the beach?Maintenance: I noticed a broken soap dispenser in our room. Small details like this can impact the overall experience.Overall: With a few minor adjustments, such as replacing the broken soap dispenser and adding matching towel hooks, the hotel has the potential to offer a more enjoyable stay.
Room with great decoration and clean. Good breakfast
No blanket in bunker beds, sewage smell from the toilet, water took long to heat up. Staff at breakfast did not speak any English and didn’t understand anything (even little English).
It is very close to the beach, just couple of minutes of walk
For a shy €250 per night, you will experience how your grand grandparents used to live. The walls are thin so you can hear everything around the hotel, the room was made in the pre-WW1 era, and the bathroom is barely functioning. As you can see in the pictures, they penalise you if you want to use AC by the time you come back to the room, you can only use the bathroom as if you are in the middle of the forest. On top of that, staff member named "Bruno", will cleverly call you names in Italian thinking you don't know the language anyway. Eh, that's where he is wrong. The shower has a very stupid design and doesn't keep water in the bathroom. It flooded half of the room in the bedroom (yes, as per water leaked through the bathroom door into the main chamber). Talking to master Bruno, he called me an idiotic child not knowing how to use the shower, that this never happened before and that's my fault. Look at the photo of the door I provided, doesn't seem like that. Other members of staff could help with the issue of the shower being clogged, but it still didn't help for water not to come out of its shower zone and further spread in the bathroom."Hotel" if one may call it such, does operate on a minimum basis. From my experience in many hotels around the world, even 3rd world countries have better service for such a price. If the cost would be much cheaper, I don't think I would have a reason to complain, but for €250 per night it isn't worth it at all.
Staff were very receptive to complaints and tried their best to help.
Dirty linens we had to ask staff to change. Breakfast items were not replenished, we arrived 15 mins after start of breakfast and found many items not available. Can hear neighbours clearly! Pool opened very late at 10:30am it was still not open. Hotel needs refurbishment and modernisation.
The hotel is very close to the beach and has a very nice outdoor area with pool and jacuzzi. If offers parking as well. AC is very good and the room is spacious. Breakfast is okey.
The rooms need to be upgraded and more toiletries need to be supplied.

blfst ok location in mature shold have shuttle service to center inthe evening
more comfotable resto, eating outside
Location
- breakfast: no protein item- not working hand soap and shampoo dispensers - changing towels and linen every 3days!- pool closure 6:30pm- need to reserve sun beds and also pay for them
Very close to the Beach (2-3 min Walk). Nice pool, very kind and supportive staff. Breakfast was good. Also possible to have lunch and Dinner in the Hotel. Hotel also offers a Beach bar.
The polite arrival. The pool and sufficient loungers each day. All the staff were cheerful and polite during he whole of our stay
Thee was no mention on line of there being no lift. The balcony was very narrow and not one where you could sit in comfort to have a coffee or drink of any kind. It was just wide enough for a clothes drying frame. The room was rather dull with I suppose, furniture to match the style of building! There were bunk beds in the room. although the bathroom was clean and modern we found the shower unit far too narrow - both the unit itself with no room to wash ones body without knocking our elbows on the shower walls. Also, the shower doors were very narrow and which made it difficult entering and exiting. Although the staff were very kind and cheerful in supplying drinks as and when we asked; it had to be done by going to the kiosk supplying passing public on the outside of the hotel. But the bar in the courtyard - which would have been beneficial to the residence sitting round the pool and on seats in the courtyard - was rarely open. So I had to make regular visits and wait in a queue with passing public to get served. BUT, as I said the staff were polite and cheerful throughout. The evening menu's were not very imaginative. Very little choice. Salads were not a very mixed salad no onion, no tomatoes - or very few . we were very surprised at the lack of choice for evening meals. Breakfast was lacking in fresh cheeses and meats. It was the same every day for breakfast.
