The Rooms were very old, no coffee machine, room service was bad, no soap refill and they were not cleaning the room floor.There were a lot of activities at night however all of them were in Italian. International visitors tend to feel not very welcomed.The buffet opening hours were very restraining especially for the breakfast

Half a mile to get to the beach, loud, so busy, please be aware this is a village itself, not a resort.

Very nice structure, village, and the food was wonderful! I found the place clean and very well organized! Highly recommended!

Love its proximity to the beach. Also had various lifeguards at different sections of the beach.

As a foreigner, WiFi accessibility it’s really important. Some of us have to work a few hours or be able to keep contact with work or family back home. WiFi is relied upon, but was not accessible in the rooms. Only accessible in some of the common areas like the restaurant, lobby or pool.

The village is nice! The staff in general is very nice and also the food is sub par for a buffet.

The accommodation was really run down and dirty. When we asked to have it changed they said they couldn’t. The door wouldn’t look.

Close to beach and everything was inside the resort.

Having to top up the card using just cash. Cash machine not available everywhere. Also I think the receptionist should be more clear of how things goes in the place. We had to come back coupleOf times to find out few bits of information. They were very polite though.

I really liked the beachfront location, it was super nice! Also food was very tasty and variable, we were very satisfied with the buffet half board.

Immediately after our arrival to the room we saw an enormous cockroach in the bathroom. We went to the reception and asked for help. The staff at the reception was awful!!! They did not ensure the capture of the cockroach, nor did they want to give us another room, because when a maintenance man came, the cockroach was behind the door frame and he could not see it. The manager at the reception insisted, that the cockroach is not there anymore, even if we showed photos of it. The staff behavior was critical! The cockroach did not disgust us as much as the staff!I did not like the price of the sunbeds, I do not understand why it is so expensive. There were minimum sunbeds occupied, if it was less pricey, the guests would appreciate and definitely use this service.

We liked everything, the staff were really kind, we got a room upgrade. Our toom was large, comfortable beds, very clean. Everything was very well organized. We had a halfboard package, and the buffet offer was excellent. The beach was great. The hotel exceeded our expectations, would go again.

No wi-fi in the room, available only in the common area (seriously in 2024????)Free toiletries: the hotel provides only soap and shower gel; I asked a body lotion (needed after a sunny day) and they had not it.The beach towel needs deposit and to have a cleaned one, they charged you. The housekeeper woke me up at 8:40 to clean the room.Dinner buffet: more quantity than quality.

Great location, beautiful beach, always something happening (sports, animation), children and baby friendly, big green territory, lots of spaces for sitting, relaxing, choice of restaurants. We lived in Dimora apartment, it’s brand new and nicely designed. Big swimming pool, clean and nice. Food was good with nice selection.

For me the biggest disadvantage were the paid sunbeds on the beach. The first line 36 euro, the last (12-th) 12 euro. We prefer to stay by the water and we didn’t want to book the sun beds , so we couldn’t stay on the hotel beach with our towel closer to the water. I hope the hotel will make the beach accessible for all it’s clients! Swimming pool is closing from 13-14.00. You need swimming caps to use it at other time, no jumping, no ball games, no pool mattresses.. in some places you can pay only with hotel cards, you need to put money on them in advance with cash. This cards are also the keys to the room. For a couple of days we had problems with them, some of the keys suddenly stopped working. Hotel is mostly Italian oriented, all the guests are Italian speakers and animation is also on Italian, staff on the reception speaks english, in other places not so good.

The sea is amazing, the room was a good size, the evening entertainment of good quality.

The resort is too big and in clear need of an update for most rooms and restaurants; the staff was polite but day entertainment for kids age 10-14 was hard to find.

Food in burger restaurant- Although food in Mitre restaurant was really good, there wasn’t much of a choice for kids

Beach is amazing, food and drinks are great. Rooms are well equipped, spacious.

Team members do not speak english very well, otherwise everything was spectacular!

The staff were polite and friendly, the room was clean and tidy. The buffet was amazing .the beach was incredible and unique.

The rooms are outdated, and need a refurbishment , no kettle in the room, more frequent transport to go around since the place is huge, especially with young kids that fall asleep early in the evening. The check in is late and check out is too early

Terrible situation on the beach. Got chased off the beach at 1630 in the afternoon and told I had to hire a sun bed for Eur 10-50. Terrible run-down rooms, thin walls, even no proper soap. The WORST value for money of any hotel I have ever stayed in over 50 years. Never again. Took dinner and drinks elsewhere. Used the public beaches, I refuse to be bullied by hotel beach staff.

We have a super bad experience in the main restaurant.On the second day, it was a big fly in my daughter's pasta.In our last night one of the waiters treated us so bad, we took a booked table and when we noticed we asked for reaccomodation and he did not help he just started to yelling us.

The location es beautiful, the beach very nice.

The restrooms in the place are too far away and they look old and not very clean for the amount of people the place Has as guests. The breakfast was poor for my taste. Our room also look old. I know there are some rooms that have been renew. The whole place needs an upgrade

I am a loyal customer, I like the location and food.

Better to improve in health & safety for customers.
