Kontakt der Kontinenten is a former mission house and monastery, located in the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park. This conference hotel is 15 minutes’ drive from Amersfoort, 20 minutes from Utrecht and features free Wi-Fi. Each of the rooms at Hotel Kontakt der Kontinenten benefits from a flat-screen cable TV and a work desk. Most of the rooms have a view of the forest, monastery garden or the courtyard. KonneKt restaurant, bar en lounge serves à-la-carte dishes, as well as snacks and drinks. The restaurant of KonneKt restaurant, bar en lounge has a view on the terrace and serves international dishes. - Excellent location and friendly helpful staff. The room was spacious and the breakfast was excellent.
- Great location and very nice combination of modern architecture and historical buildings. Really nice that there are small seating areas (lounges) throughout the entire building with free coffee and thee and biscuits and candy (sugerfree). Breakfast very good with wide variety of products, all biological or sustainable sourced. Also great for conferences and meetings. Also great location in combination with one or two days wellness at Thermen Soesterberg.
Cons -
- Can't think of anything, we liked the whole experience. Rooms could feel bit basic, but they are spacious and have all you need.
