Palm Tree Hotel, Best Western Signature Collection

Staff was very nice for an early check-in and and extra complimentary breakfast

internet, coziness, cleanness, friendly service, breakfast

I wish I'd stay there longer

The staff was amazing and very accomodating. We had an early ferry and they went out of their way to get us an earlier breakfast. Amazing. The rooms are cozy and everything was quite clean.

There was some minimal noise coming in from the street, but nothing too loud.

Hotel in the center of Trelleborg, very friendly stuff. Great breakfast

Parksituation could be more transparent

Good location to central station, restaurants and shops.

Our room was cold and the radiators would not work. Reported and given the tiniest of heaterLuke warm shower, with very little power. Also reported. The reception area had a strange sewage type of smell, commented on by a few people we were with. could not have been missed by the staff...We do not consider the hotel value for money compared to other accommodation we have stated during this touring Sweden trip.

Uneventful stay, easy to check-in. Good breakfast, Slept well in the bed.

I guess the hotel does not wash their decorative cushions too often and therefore it is not nice to find them residing on top of the regular cushion when entering the room

A great place to stay in Trelleborg. The staff was so friendly, breakfast was delicious and my wife with my 2 year old son loved it overall.

Good location in the city and for arriving by ferry.Very courtious staff

Small roomPoor quality internet

We arrived under serious distress because we had accidentally left a daypack with documents and crucial medication on the train. All the staff were exceptionally helpful in every way (phone calls, easy payment options for additional nights, emotional support) until the backpack was retrieved a few days later. We are very very grateful. The room and the breakfast were also excellent.

Nice staff. Good walkable location. Underground parking for a small fee available.

Room was OK, typical hotel room I guess, too small for suitcases though! But the pillows sucked so did not sleep well hence I only gave an 8*! We chose this hotel as it said they had underground parking....on check in when we asked about parking, we were directed to the local carpark around the corner. Maybe the hotel's parking was already full?? Breakfast was excellent. Quiet street with good choice of restaurants nearby.

Exelent location , clean rooms and perfect contact with personel.

We arrived late in the evening, the woman at the reception was very nice and responsive. We also said that we would leave the hotel early in the morning, and asked her for a breakfast package. She had prepared a package with great things for us in the morning. For me she is an example of a good person.

Easy to find.

There was a bad smell in the bathroom.I there was a bug in my bed.Parking was a challenge, as it was very difficult to get in and out of the garage.

Very friendly Staff

Heater was not serviced in both rooms, so it had a big Delay when turning in on and off.

Exelent servis. Very help full. The lady in reception was nice and kind.Fabulose place to stay over the night and even much longer. Thank you so much for everything.

Some guest in nabor room had full volumet tv over the night. Whose about difficould to get sleep. But this is no folt of stuff.

Nice and cozy place, close to the town center and just around the corner from the ferry terminal Reasonable price too, I only booked the stay a couple hours before I arrived. Staff is EXCEPTIONAL. Nice, polite, helpful, everything was just right. Breakfast is also included in the stay, and the food was good too. I'd recommend it to anyone travelling through Trelleborg.

Bad

Really very bad hotel. No service. Due to the storm Babet we couldn't get at the hotel as our ferry was cancelled. We called them politely and explained the situation and they confirmed that it was no problem to cancel. However, they charged us the maximum amount! Thiefs!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, easy car park access, rich breakfast selection

Everything was OK, we were also able to arrive around midnight and the access to the garage and to the room has been prepared - co this was perfectly arranged for us. Room was ok - we just stay one night and leave the hotel very early to catch the ferry.

Everything was OK - so no comment here.
