    Pros +

    • Beautiful spa after a long day of skiing. The dinner was very good as well did not even want to leave the hotel after that. Breakfast was very good, and back to the lifts 5 mins away.
    • Easy to find, great dining, nice entrance/social area.
    • The location is breathtakingly beautiful and for a fraction of the cost of staying in the larger towns but only extending your drive by 15 minutes! Well worth the extra drive! The photos do not do it justice! It’s lovely both inside and out and the staff is so friendly! I had a jar of jam explode in my back seat and they gave me a bucket with water, a couple of rags, etc. I had to leave early on my morning of checkout (6am) and they got up early to make me a cappuccino and croissant in the morning so I wouldn’t be on the road tired or on an empty stomach.

    Cons -

    • Nothing was all good
    • The Wi-Fi was a bit tricky to get into at first but a restart of my computer and phone had me connected and everything was smooth sailing after that. I was able to work and makes calls without any issues.
    • The beds were a little hard for my preference but otherwise everything was perfect

Great location, walking distance to ski lift + ski bus in front of the hotel in case you do not want to walk. Helpful staff, very good dinner, great quality of food, local specialities. Great sauna experience! Definately worth the price. Thank you and see you next year!

Avoid this "hotel" that place is only for those who speak Italian

Communication with staff who speak only Italian is not possible. Cleanliness insufficient. They charge extra for cleaning the room and changing towels, and you need to make an appointment for this. Heating is poor. They don't take the trash out of the rooms so we were buried. If you need something, the staff will not help, they do not speak any language and are not interested in your questions.

The central location and the breakfast - vast choice of everything and they would cook you the eggs according to your own preference.

We stayed in a family room, the sofabed was really uncomfortable- we stayed only for a few nights I won’t imagine staying longer. There was no duvet as such but the bed was mad by using the sofa cover that was rather stiff and probably unhygienc as well. One day despite leaving early we did not get any room service which is always a bit annoying as you then have to ask for towels..No amenities - We wanted to use the spa but would open only from 3pm at the reception they did not have the number nobody offered to make a reservation for us..the game room for the kid is not well equipped we found a ping pong in a garage without any proper light. The swimmingpool is a bathtub. We won’t be going back.

The location is great, there were some people in the hotel who were very nice, but the majority of them seemed not to like being there and not motivated at all to help. Lots of hidden charges! We began to fear checkout, because we felt we would be charged for everything that in other hotels is normal. I actually started to wonder if maybe I should go to the front desks of other hotels to ask for common necessities, because I suspected I would have a better experience. We would not return here, sadly.

We were with another family and they felt the same way, every little thing seemed to be begrudgingly (counting towels and TP rolls) given if at all and then with a poor attitude and then all with hidden charges undisclosed until checkout. They refused us all of our small requests. We started to wonder if we should ask other hotels for help! We felt unwelcome in the lobby. Once, when we were alone and quiet in the room, they called to say the people under us complained we were being loud. Unbelievable. DO NOT SIT DOWN in the restaurant! That's 2EUpp before you even begin, when they try to force you into a 30EU dinner menu (we had 7 children with us!) One woman had no idea at checkout that she would be charged 900EU for brioche and coffee every morning! The charges are exorbitant. They are hidden until you are about to leave.

An outstanding 3-star hotel in San Martino di Castrozza. The hotel is beautiful, the staff helpful and friendly - and the breakfast outstanding. This is a great base for exploring the Pale di San Martino area. A pleasant stay beyond expectations!

    No complaints.

Cinzia was a phenomenal waitress. for the rest of the staff I have no comment.

walls are paper thin. You can hear every breath, water flush, cough and sneeze. Music from reception could be heard in the rooms. Breakfast eggs were powdered and quite tasteless. The rest of the breakfast and the cakes was good.

Location is very good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. parking is also very close from hotel.

heating system was not always working and sometimes during the night was a little cold. Pillows were not very comfortable. And about the breakfast is uncountable to ask the staff every time you need a bread or something hot (is not buffet)

close proximity to the ski lift and east parking

    room was a bit basic

The hotel has a great infrastructure but still keep a familiar approach in terms of guest service. Not have much to talk about hotel, it has everything you can expect from a mountain facility and a bit more. You can trust, stay here and you will not regret.
