    • It was a pleasant stay for me & my daughter. A great family-owned hotel, all the people are very kind and helpful. the location is great just few minutes walk to attractions. We especially like the food served at dinner. Each day, you choose your next day's dinner from the menu, and they prepared for you. Special thanks to Andrea for his assistance all the time
    • Location and staff
    • Lovely sauna. Comfortable clean rooms. Great dinner.

    Cons -

    • Some rooms were not renovated, but they were still neat & clean. Especially the room above the kitchen was noisy due to dinner service and kitchen works.
    • The beds were very stiff and hard.
    • Location. Very far from the highway in the mountains. No glutenfree diet facilities in entire town or ski piste. Hotel was OK wirh Glutenfree.Very Helpfull.

Location and balcony were spectacular! The gentleman at the front desk was exceptional and was very nice

I would have preferred to have a coffee machine in the room to enjoy an espresso on the balcony. The internal door to the hall way could use a bit better noise-proofing. Lastly, I still don’t understand the requirement of swim caps for the hot tub (or the pool really) but that’s okay.

We were happy with everything, the cleanded room every day, the swimming pool and sauna. The food was incredible! For us it was a long wait, could start an hour earlier☺️..

Rooms were perfect, very comfortable and very clean. Great location. Dinners set menu was good, but would have preferred a couple of options rather than 1 set menu. Breakfast was superb. I was surprised there was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. But overall an excellent stay.

    As above

family fun, great breakfast and dinner, cozy atmosphere, nice spa area

beds were a little hard, pillows a little flat and there was some noise from hvac system

the room size was comfortable. the room were very nice. the restaurant had delicious food. staff was really nice. the location okay. the pool was nice, but I wish it had been heated.

the pool room isn’t actually a billiards table. the hot tub was not hot at all. I would not say it was worth the amount of money we paid.

the location and spa facilities were truly amazing. also really friendly staff at the reception.

the bathroom is a bit outdated.

    9KatjaPosted on: 9-10-2022

Lovely host, excellent location, wide selection bar (including variety of teas, not only alcohols).

    8ValeriiaPosted on: 8-17-2022

I liked the atmosphere and hospitality at the hotel. The owner takes care of everything by herself with her family and I saw how she was pointing the small detail out to the employees to fix it. I appreciate her efforts and the desire to make this place better. The room was very clean, wooden made. The location is very good.

It was a very expensive price for 3 stars hotel. We paid 225€ per night and it is high for 3 stars. The breakfast was poor. You don’t have omelette that it should be for breakfast.I would recommend you to buy a shampoo for your guests because it is impossible to wash the hair with the body shower without a conditioner. Thanks

New aisle of the hotel, freshly built. Also built in style and quality materials, our room was just perfect for the three of us.Lovely owners, plenty helpful for special walks, restaurants, wines, culture, etc. Staff equally nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is just perfect relative to the village center, to the cableway and to the many walking tracks. The in-house restaurant is full of great dishes of local specialties, we spent 2 of our 4 nights there as there was no competition between our hotel's resto and the other options (both quality- and price- wise).Last, the wellness area is not big, but essential and well curated. Everything works well to compound the relaxing effect of being in mountainious nature. All these characteristics are superwelcome when you come back from long walks up un the mountains.

Honestly nothing was out of place. Our room access system was a bit capricious, but the owner came to fix it and was superhelpful and smiling. Also a great photographer.
