Morning cofffee only with brakfaust at 8 AM :( I am a very early guy wake up at 6.30 went to the reception at 7.. no coffee machine in order, no coffee facilities in the room...

Breakfast was excelent. The hotel has its own private parking.

The bathroom is really small: sitting on a toilette you have to put your feet in the shower. There was no cold (!) water in the morning. In the beggining of November there was no heating and even when provided with an additional blanket it was still rather cold in the bed. The unsecured Wi-Fi was very slow, almost unusable.

Very clean, family run hotel in great location.

during the night the hotel is closed from inside, you need to call a number so they can turn off the alarm and let you out. We were leaving the hotel in the middle of the night but nobody answered the phone.

As a last minute booking for the night of our visit in Sirmione, we were really pleased with our stay. The staff were really friendly and the room was nice, clean and spacious. The pool area is lovely for the day and everyone was really accommodating

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay at Alsazia hotel. We traveled around Italy during our holiday and this was by far one of our favourite hotels. We stayed in many 4 star hotels but just loved the quiet and peaceful vibe of Alsazia. Alsazia has a gorgeous swimming pool which we had to ourselves most of the time, so quiet, clean and sun beds available to use. The hotel is about an hour walk to popular attractions such as the Castle and Jamaica beach (definitely worth a visit). This walk is beautiful and scenic if you are up for it, alternatively there is a bus shuttle service. There are many restaurants and shops nearby Alsazia serving tasty food and providing a fantastic atmosphere. The balcony was a huge selling point for us and we enjoyed watching the storm from it one evening with a beverage. The host let us buy and take coffee up to our balcony one morning too. You could just about see the lake from where put balcony was situated which was lovely. An overall fantastic stay and would definitely stay again!

The shutter on the balcony was tricky to use. You had to use it because the curtains were thing and let a lot of light through. The fridge was warm and may need an upgrade.

The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout, is in a great location for nearby restaurants and facilities and has a great pool. The air conditioning is also a very important factor when the temperature was in the high 30's ! The room also had a fridge and a lovely little balcony.

The hotel should put tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, we really missed that. Also a minor gripe was that they refused to let have a couple of wine glasses from the bar to share a drink in our room - and gave us plastic ones instead - which was annoying. I personally found the bed uncomfortable too.

The local town is gorgeous and it is super easy to get to both Verona and sirmeone — the bus stations are a short walk. The dog is the sweetest too!
