Friendly staff, availability of parking, cleanliness

When we arrived, we were told we were booked at another nearby facility (not in the main hotel). It looked more like a building for elderly people. I thought we would have access to the hotel¿s amenities including the pool, but this was not told to us.

Great breakfast with a lot of options, room had nice decor and was very comfortable, location was great.

The staff was amazing and very helpful! Rooms were a great part of the state as they are very modern clean and equipped. There is a bus stop near the hotel taking you to the city centre in about two minutes.

This might sound stupid but the way they made the bed...no full size flat sheet but different size to cover....just not like a full size flat sheet

A bit noisy with open window as there was a lot of traffic (was non working day in Italy) but with windows closed you don't hear anything.

The Location was good, free car park. The hotel interior modern.

We arrived around 2pm (this is the time where you can start check in) our room was not ready. We were told to wait 10 minutes, we waited half an hour. Continental breakfast but not too much choice, vegetables (peppers, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes) not fresh and not tasty. Chaos, no knives and forks, waited long for a waiter to take our order for coffee (you could not order it yourself at the bar). Staff not organised for a larger number of people having breakfast at the same time. Check out was at 11am. 10:30 a lady cleaner walked into our room without knocking; 10 minutes later one more try to walk in (this time we locked the door). Very loud on the corridor, we felt the pressure to leave the room as quickly as possible as the lady cleaner seemd to be outside our door all the time making some loud noices with her equipment. Taking that we got our room later, we would at least expect that we can stay with no stress until 11am which was not the case. Unfortunately we do not recommend this place.

Great location by Lake Garda, with bus stops close by from the train station/ferry and walking distance to the ferry if needed (15/20mins). A great restaurant and lovely staff to help with any questions. We also had a great little balcony with a view of the lake. Would definitely stay again.

Paid for a lake view room but didn’t get it. Hot rooms looking over parking lot and loud intersection. Couldn’t open the window.

Great location. We booked thinking it was 24hr check in - it wasn’t - but we were accommodated at a neighbouring local hotel. The service was excellent and prevented a very scary situation.

Nothing!

Great location, excellent restaurant in front (opposite, not in the hotel) of the hotel with lake view and perfect pastas. It was comfortable enough for a few days' stay. It was clean and had big parking, but in the afternoon, it was hard to find a place. Breakfast was OK, but a little bit boring. Helpfull staff.

Little bit boring breakfast but it's italian style so you have to be aware how it's there.

Much better than i expecting. Very cozy, clean room, big bathroom. Very good breakfast.

We rented two rooms. Everything was clean and nice. One of the rooms had a lake view. The breakfast was excellent. I recommend it!

Free parking. Great breakfast. Restaurant available and not too expensive. Came for 1 night, stayed 2. Very good value

Nice and fresh breakfast, very kind staff, dinner at the hotel was also very good. The location is perfect and close to the beach. Everything perfect.

A family run hotel. Our family of 3 stayed there for three days. Rooms are small but comfortable. The price that was really low included breakfast with some choice. We will come back.

The only thing I would suggest is to put a shelf in a shower for the shampoo.
