    • Property was in beautiful Sirmione old city. They helped us arrange parking and allowed us to store our stuff in a nearby hotel to expand our stay. Lovely view of the town from the terrace.

Centrally located in beautiful Sirmione and very reasonably priced. Staff are excellent. You get a 10% discount at the attached restaurant as well which provides excellent food!

Staff is great and the location is amazing!

Just the bathroom, specially the shower. It’s too tight and the whole floor gets soaked.

The staff was very helpful and was aExcellent location

Bathroom space too small and the sofa bed wasn’t good

Excellent position. Is located exactly in the center

I recently stayed at this so-called 3-star hotel and was extremely disappointed. The entire place felt old and neglected — everything from the furniture to the walls looked worn out. The cleanliness was unacceptable: there was dust everywhere, and the bathroom was in terrible condition, with cockroaches crawling around. Nothing about this property deserves three stars; it doesn’t even meet the basic standards for comfort or hygiene. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I will let pictures to speak....

Location was great and hotel staff provided very clear and detailed directions to reach a paid parking lot and for shuttle to the hotel. If you know Sirmione or plan to go, ease of parking is a real benefit.

The location and staff were great. The girl who greeted us was very kind. Everything was close, and the shuttle was convenient. We also had a beautiful view.

There was black mold on the air vent and also in the shower! I woke up with a sore throat and a headache, so we're worried the mold might've made me sick. The air conditioning didn't come on until late in the night (possibly 3 or 4 am) so we were overheating and had to open the window to sleep. The restaurant was below us so it was very loud.

    location

we had booked the Grifo parking as recommended by the hotel. they have a good shuttle bus that takes you from the parking to the hotel and back. on the way back, we were not told that the shuttle was not going to wait more than 2 minutes for us so as we came down, the shuttle was already gone. traveling with one small child and an elderly person and a lot of bags , this created a big discomfort for us.

excellent location and a wonderful hotel

Miss Lou and Laura running the front desk!! - They were wonderful, very helpful and informative; and made the stay most enjoyable - Bring them back They provided a value added far beyond they salaries that they were being paid

    Good central location

Nobody available to check us in. Staff from restaurant ignored us and just pointed to a QR scan to call. It didn't work. No facilities in room such as kettle etcWoken from 5am with horrendous noise of glass bottles being transferred from bins and street cleaners.Overall, extremely dated accommodation that needs updating. Didn't feel relaxed during our stay.

The location was great and the bed was comfortable

There is too small restroom and shower in the room. Also, my plane was delayed and I arrived at 11 pm (1 hour later), I warned about it in WhatsUp (It was mentioned in the message in the booking that from March 2025 it has implemented the new 24-hour reception service), but I have to go to another hotel to get my key, unfortunately no one was at the reception.

Location was great, in the centre of Sirmione. Free parking provided outside city walls and transfer also provided at no cost.

From the second I saw the building, I liked this hotel. The sign itself was beautiful. The restaurant is in front of the hotel & looked very inviting. The woman at the front desk was very pleasant & helpful. We arrived a little early, but she checked to see if our room was available & luckily, it was. All of the rooms are name after flowers, not numbered & have little painted plaques next to the door of the room. The room was immaculate! And when I opened the wooded shutters on the window, I fell in love with the little balcony view of the clock tower to my left & the main cobblestone street to my right. There were beautiful bougainvillea flowers across the way and on the corner building. Later on, we went down to the restaurant for dinner. I had the veal cutlet & my friend had the lamb shank. Both dishes were superb! If i could give this place 11 stars, I would!

Honestly, I couldn't think of anything. It totally exceeded my expectations. I would stay there again if & when I get the chance.
