The breakfast was very good, not the Italian specific "colazione", they had a continental one. The area near it is very nice.

The staff were amazing here! They were all kind and helpful. They have bikes you can use if you stay here and the pool is perfect too. The on site restaurant was good and convenient!!

Good location in Sermione, with a nice pool, and a restaurant in the hotel (both for seating and takeaway).The breakfast is nice. Great coffee of course.

We loved the pool and beach vibe. The breakfast was fantastic and staff took care of our every need.

The rooms are smaller than depicted on the internet but even so tge rooms weee great.

Rooms were a good size and clean. Extra pillows provided in room. They had a good breakfast but get there early. Location was good. Reception was nice.

The pillows were extremely thin they did provide extra but the worst pillows. Beds werent the most comfortable very thin and firm. They didn't seem to replenish breakfast once an item was gone it wasn't restocked while we were eating. Floor in shower very slippery. Stairs required even for the first floor.

The rooms we're okay. Very good breakfast with a great variety.

Parking is sometimes diffucult If the restaurant ist full. The room needs a renovation in further time.

We had a family room (4 people) that had an unexpected balcony around the side of the hotel, which was lovely! The Breakfast room - and food was good, all with excellent service from all staff.

Beautiful Hotel with a good spread in Breakfast.+ The location is really nice in the small town and there is a good space for parking with a restaurant of their own just outside the hotel.+ We booked a family room which was big with two queen beds and one single bed and the private bathroom attached.+ Very welcoming staff at reception and breakfast hall (a number of options for vegetarians)+ Clean rooms and comfortable beds.A very good stay and would highly recommend. Also it's a beautiful town - Sirmione, we were not able to explore much.

Good hotel with great staff. Clean rooms, big parking and very good food at restaurant. Plenty of different food for breakfast. Good location, 5 minutes of driving from the Castle. We will definitely come again.

The view was amazing from our room. You wake up and you see wonderful lake and mountains right from your bed. Room was so comfortable, bed very cozy, we slept like children whole night. New mattress and everyday changed linen sheets made our night very pleasant. Few towels and shampoo, soap for each guest and hair dryer in the room. There was also a kettle, cups and set of tea and coffee replenished every day. Staff is very helpful and kind. Delicious breakfast and restaurant in the hotel with good wine and well made food. Bikes available for FREE to take a ride by the lake. Awesome! Free parking by the property.

Hotel is placed right by the quiet busy street so there is a little noisy during the day but at night it was quiet.

Everything was perfect! Room - very modern, spacy and very clean.Breakfast was as in four/five stars hotels.Close to lake, big parking infront, highway not far as well.Will come again for sure!

The cleanliness of the facility is impeccable, the staff is friendly and smiling, the location is great, the food in their restaurant is excellent, the breakfast is very good. I would recommend the facility to anyone.

Room size for 3 was ok. Located on ground level with small balcony. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant was closed for winter

Everything was perfect – the room was super clean and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything needed.The location is also excellent, close to everything and very convenient for exploring the area. Highly recommend this hotel.

One small suggestion – it would be great to have more vegetables available at breakfast
