Private parking incuded in the price of the room. the Cleaning Staff are extremly efficient and professional.

The price of this hotel is higher than the average and is most-likely is set for non-Italian tourists. The breakfast pastries are is good but the juices are not. The bathrooms are in need of renovation with no amenities except shower caps. The food at the hotel restaurant/pizzeria is good but while the service staff try to please - one meal of 2 (seared tuna) arrived 15 minutes before the pizza . it was not possible to enjoy our meal together as a couple.

Nice location close to the lake. Friendly staff and cleaning service. Great value for money. Amazing selection of fruit for breakfast.

Not the cleanest of hotels (stains on bedding and towels, ants in the room, strange bugs in the bathroom). Breakfast could be improved by adding some fresh vegetables.

Nearly everything

I know you cannot pick who sleeps next door but it seems they moved the furniture every night possibly the bed was in a corner of the room so they pulled the bed out to get down the other side ok but at 12 midnight?

Cristina was so friendly and welcoming, as were all the staff. Very comfortable hotel room for a quick overnight stay. Great restaurant and one of the best included breakfasts we’ve had in Italy.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room had everything we needed and was clean. The pool area was lovely and relaxing and there was a lot of choice at breakfast.

Not a fault of the hotel at all but more of a point for people to consider, especially if they like exploring like us. The location is a bit out of the way and there is not a lot in the area. The buses only ran once per hour and on our last day the bus was 40 minutes late and full so went straight past us. The staff on reception were very helpful and managed to get us a taxi but it’s just something to be aware of! The last buses back are also around 8pm so you can’t really go out for dinner in Sirmione.

Very nice place and clean, the restaurant is super nice to have as well which served food for lunch or dinner. Pool is clean and had a great temperature.

Parking spaces are limited and very tight, if people from outside visit restaurant its hard to find a parking space. Hotel should reserve parking spaces for guests throughout the stay.. Breakfasts were super repetitive, if you stay for couple of days its very nice and enough but for a whole week it should be changed a bit and more varieties of hot food. Eggs were not good, not sure how they make them. Bacon was super oily and not done enough.

The pool area is clean, nice pool, enough seating and is very relaxing. Staff were helpful and attended to my problems efficiently. Parking was sufficient.

There is no fridge and no security safe in the rooms. We were initially allocated rooms that did not look anything like the images on bookings. The shower design and finishings in the bathroom was not good, broken and the bathroom had a bad smell. I did report this to reception and the moved us the following day other rooms.The restaurant food quality was not good IMO. We only dined there the first night but found better option in town. The breakfast is ok but there’s only One coffee machine, one orange juice squeezer, no fried eggs and you need to boil your own eggs if you want boiled eggs. So be prepared to wait in a queue. And there’s signs saying whatever food you do not eat will be charged to your room. I understand the principle but don’t like being instructed to finish my food.Location for me was okay. Yes you could walk or cycle to town but in 36 degrees Celsius you better off driving and need a car.

he breakfast was incredible, a large variaty of very taste food, it was really delicious.An very important thing is the restaurant "Il Circo", that offer a very very very :) good authentic Italian food .We liked a lot Dogana Hotel stay, but definetely our children was the happiest because the tasty pizza and pasta were at their nose :).

The hotel is in a great location. Near 10 min. the local beach of Lake Garda is within walking distance. The hotel is very clean and tidy. The staff was very welcoming and told about boat trips on Lake Garda. The beds in our room were also comfortable. We cannot rate the breakfast as we cooked and ate it ourselves in the kitchen of our one bedroom apartment. But we went to enjoy dinner at the restaurant, and it was delicious with a wide choice of dishes.

Everything was great. Location, the property, the room, the staff. Superb breakfast. There is a restaurant, we did not need to book as hotel guests - this was the best dinner of our 2-week trip. Definitely one of the best finds on our travels.

Great rooms, outdoor swimming pool and area, evening meal and house wine excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful.
