    Pros +

    • Location and staff!
    • location was great, staff extremely friendly and helpful, great breakfast
    • The Location is very good, the breakfast is somewhat ok, nothing special. The Barman was a very nice and kind guy, the only one. There is parking on the premises, which is very convenient ( even if you have to wait for it some time)

    Cons -

    • Rooms need to be updated
    • The rooms are not what is presented in the pictures, old rooms, nothing inside, the old small minibar, the room was dirty, especially under the bed, the bathroom, even though it is big, is very old and gruesome, the lights are not working, the shower head sprinkles water everywhere apart from the front toilet button stuck half of the time. The hand soap dispenser inside the bathtub was hilarious ( who doesn't like to shower with plain Hand Soap). Ceiling light in the room full of bugs, and some of these bugs light more than the lamp itself. Last but not least, after four days of communication, the surprise for my wife's birthday was sent to our friend's room just to top the cherry.
    • The facilities could use some attention. As others have mentioned, the bunk beds didn’t feel very secure. One of the shower heads in the bathroom was broken. Parking was also a bit challenging—not because of a lack of space, but due to the layout and narrow entrances. Overall, I didn’t feel that it was worth for the $$$

We have stayed at this hotel for the second time. We like the location of this hotel. The parking lot is under the hotel but can also accommodate a car with a roof box. The parking lot is paid - 15€ per night. The rooms are modern and clean. The hotel has a nice swimming pool, bar and sun loungers on the roof. Very good breakfast on the outdoor terrace. The staff is friendly but there is still room for improvement.

It’s a good location with super friendly staffs and decent breakfast.

Very well located, barman very kind.

Showers not comfortable, the whole bathroom gets wet. Breakfast egs and juices very poor

Excellent service. Excellent staff. The front desk concierge Vincenzo, is perfect to help you book a taxi, a trip, or anything you may need for your comfortable and safe transfer anywhere.

It is very well located, all of the staff were helpful and kind. The breakfast was plentiful with a big variety of food.

It's not common to have a bathtub in a hotel these days. It’s not a big problem but easier to use the shower stall. ?

Location is amazing. You have access to the castle by walking few minutes. Staff is so friendly. The rooms are clean and the whole hotel is very nice. We enjoyed a lot being there.

    The buffet should mention what meat they have and they should have more options as non-pork meat, vegetarian and vegan options;

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the location is excellent—close to key attractions, restaurants, and shops. The room was spacious and featured a jacuzzi, which was a nice luxury. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast selection was impressive, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. However, there were several downsides. The staff was not very helpful, and although we were told that parking was included, we ended up being charged for it. The jacuzzi, while enjoyable, made the room quite humid, and the floor became slippery, which felt unsafe. Also, the promised lake view was a bit of a letdown—it was mostly a view of the parking lot, with only a small glimpse of the lake on the horizon.Overall, the hotel has potential, but a few improvements in service and clarity of information would make a big difference.

Location. Breakfast. Staff at reception was very helpful.

No restaurant in the hotel. Housekeeping was a bit lax.

Cool bar and barmen downstairs. Nice room, 10 min from the city center, good breakfast.

    10AbdulkaderPosted on: 3-29-2025

The location of the hotel was very good and the breakfast was exceptional, from the coffee to the cakes.

We would have liked to book a hotel with a hot spring water source. We only realized when we got to the hotel that only a few hotels offered this facility.

Location is good. Some rooms have balconies overlooking it the lake

Everything is very basic- it is appropriate for off season pricing, but not for the summer season pricing

The staff were so friendly they couldn’t do enough to help us. We had drinks in the bar in the evening and the barman was a superior mixologist he created drinks and gave us snacks. Breakfast was included and was plentiful and we even had a selection of snacks in our room!! Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Sirmione

Great location, lake views, very clean, good breakfast (Gluten Free!), staff helpful.Didn't get a suite as ordered but did get 2 rooms with connecting door which was better.

Parking was very tight underground and chargeable. No restaurant on site, but loads nearby.Noisy cafe underneath the hotel, but closed at 10pm.No sofa in room, so awkward sitting together.Fridge with water on first day only.

    Disappointing

Okay, it's time to write a review a month after our visit to this hotel. Let's start from the beginning, my fiance booked 2 rooms in this hotel for 2 nights for my 30th birthday. He chose 2 rooms of different categories one slightly higher for us and the second room for parents. The hotel was declared as a 4-star and the price for it wasn’t low. Upon arrival, 2 hotel employees flew out to us with a menacing look and the question "Where are you going?" We answered that we had a reservation here, they asked us in which hotel, which was very stupid considering that behind them was written in large letters ALEVIC. We answered that we booked rooms with them. The staff seemed to relax and gave us passage to the reception. Here the second act of unprofessionalism happened, but this time from the reception. Upon given them the documents, we were simply given the keys to the rooms without specifying who has a higher category. Also, my fiance indicated that this is a special event for us and he expected at least a simple welcome plate of fruit or at least that he would be offered a bottle of wine, for which he was ready to pay. But unfortunately, the hotel made absolutely no effort to try to make our stay memorable. The reception staff seemed to be working on the first day. And here is the third disappointment, rooms are so old and neglected that in no way meets the requirements of 4 stars. A small correction, I work in a management position in the restaurant with 2 Rosetta, and my fiance is the head chef in Marriott chain, we know what we are talking about. It is a pity that the hotel, being in such a favorable location, does not try to become better. Of the advantages, I can highlight the renovation of the lobby with a bar and a wonderful bartender, unfortunately I do not remember his name(Benjamin?). But it seems that he is the only person in the hotel who really works 100%.
