Loved the staff. Friendly and very welcoming. Great location and the views are like heaven.

All the staff was very nice ready to offer recommendations. We were able to check in early. The front desk was also able to coordinate a taxi and a private hire at very last-minute requests. Breakfast was also very good with many options. We had a lovely view from our balcony.

There is a little give and take with AC/Heat unit as it is controlled by the hotel. We stayed at the end of October, so the heat was the main setting which was perfectly fine during the day. The hotel tip was to open window if too hot. The room did get a little too warm for us at night, so we did open the window/door to the balcony. Since the hotel is centrally located, the noise level wasn't the most ideal with the door open.

The location was fantastic. The view towards the lake from our balcony was exceptional. Breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful.

The mattress sagged in the middle so it was hard on our backs. The toilet kept running indefinitely after you flushed it and the sink plug needed adjusting as it wouldn’t drain properly.

The location was great — close to the castle and the ferry. We loved our comfortable sea view room and watching the sunset from our balcony. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay here again.

The location was great

The lady at front desk was not helpful. When we asked her about activities at check in, she said there were none because of weather. She provided no alternatives. We found the public ferry by ourselves. It was right outside and provided a great way to see lake even in rain. On day before check out she only offered us ab 50 euro car. She did not know that bus outside Castie walls goes straight to train station with no changes. Also pictures make it look like there is a pool and there is not

Beautiful lake views and centrally located

Parking was a little tricky as you had to provide a code to Grifo park. The close to hole parking requires driving through the very crowded streets in the pedestrian district. Suggest you call and get the hotel code then park at Grifo. A shuttle takes you to hotel door.

Absolutely everything was perfect and the balcony view from the third floor was a dream! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful!

Location is amazing. Easy walking to sights and restaurants. Has an elevator. Very clean.

One of our rooms was very hot and difficult to sleep. Air conditioning doesn’t work the best to cool the rooms. Did offer some packages gluten free products at breakfast but did not have a dedicated gluten free toaster available.

Location was easy toWalk everywhere however difficult for taxis to pick you up and drop you off. Very convenient location on the water right next to the ferry landing.

The walls in the room had numerous marks of dead bugs being killed and was really very unattractive. They really need to replace the wallpaper and or thoroughly clean the walls. Breakfast was excellent and staff was excellent.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was terrific! The location next to the ferry so convenient! We had nothing negative with our stay.

Everything was perfect. The rooms were clean, we had cleaning lady visiting 2 times in a day without even asking. The breakfast was versatile and fresh. The location is perfect. There is nothing that we didn't like and would definitely visit again!

Loved everything about it. The location, the rooms, the patio, the bar and especially the staff!! Robert the barista and bartender was our favorite!!

The location is great, in the heart of all the action. However it is a bit hard to drive there. We took the lake view room which had a balcony and was a great decision.

The room need a little renovation. Also breakfast need to add more variety

The staff was delightful easy to visit with and offered suggestions when we inquired about dining and activities. Very knowledgeable about the area. Nice outdoor space.

The staff are what make this hotel so amazing, they are all so helpful and kind and can’t do enough for you. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel is very good, it is in the centre of sirmione, close to restaurants, shops and the lakeside! Excellent breakfast.
