Breakfast was poor . If something like eggs is finished, they do not bring any. In hotels, the breakfast should be full always till it is closed. Also not enough space to sit.

excellent hotel in a historic village! After driving around the lake I have to say that the parking option was very good (make sure you get instructions from the staff)

Excellent location . Nice balcony and view. Breakfast was great.

Pillows were quite hard and flat. Staff in breakfast area a little “gruff”. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful.

Solid breakfast, good location if you want to explore sirmione

WiFi is abysmal, Shuttle is only upon check in/out so if you want to explore lake Garda you have a 15 minute walk to your car

When we arrived, the toilet was dirty (yes, use your imagination) and there were several other cleanliness issues that we noticed. After bringing this up to the staff, we were informed there was no longer anyone on site who could clean it that evening so we had to do it ourselves. Not ideal.

The location was perfect and the hotel room was clean. The staff was friendly and they provided recommendations for us upon arrival. They were very responsive and quick when handling our parking as well.

This hotel was excellent for a night in Sirmione. The parking check in and shuttle to the hotel were super well communicated and explained beforehand and it all worked out seamlessly on the day of. Shuttle drivers were super friendly and chatty. The check in at the hotel with Angela was great. He was kind and offered great restaurant recommendations (2 of which we tried and loved!). The rooms were adequate in size for what we needed. Beds were comfortable, shower was great and breakfast was tasty.

Great location, near old city centar. Fine breakfast, but breakfast room is too small. Also, more choices for breakfast would be great.Room is spacious and very clean.Recepcionist were very polite and informative.Would come back, for sure.

Everything was great, no complaints

Amazing location, we enjoyed our stay. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was average but had everything we needed, the coffee was good. Room was pleasant. The parking was €15 which yes seems expensive but that’s just how it is in most places we stayed around lake Garda/milan.

Very thin walls so could easily hear people in the other rooms. I believe the hotel allows dogs, we could tell there had been a dog in our room previously but it was still very clean.

A great little family run hotel with a great view of Lake Garda.

The hotel & staff were absolutely perfect If you are looking for a few days in Sirmione / Lake Garda do NOT go in November Information centre closed, public toilets closed & NO boat trips available to visit other places on the lake by boat which had been our plan for the trip

There is nothing to like.

This is the worst hotel Ihave ever been in my life. Staff is very rude, rooms are small and dirty. View from my room was on wall of hotel opposite the narrow pass. Breakfast was horrible, After one night I checked out and booked another hotel.

Friendly staff especially Michaela?Hotel is at heart of Historic town but quiet! The parking & shuttle functioned very well!

Everything about this hotel was great. Friendly and helpful staff (Mariella from the reception it’s a credit to your hotel! So positive and helpful) Location is fantastic. Breakfast was basic but good enough. Very clean and quiet hotel. We’ll recommended.

The location was very central. Located a distance of walking from the center. The room was a little small for us and we didn’t have enough place for our luggage. The beds weren’t comfortable for us. The staff were very kind nice and helpful.
