Hotel Gardenia Sirmione

I was very happy with this property. Great location. Staff was attentive and accommodating. Great rate during the offseason. We’ll definitely come back

Beds were not the most comfortable but otherwise was nice.

Staff were very helpful specially Cezare (I think the spelling is wrong ) - he is very welcome and helpful - the only thing I did not put 10 /10 is that I lost my charger in the room bulged when I ve back they said they could not find it ! I only left for an hour - I searched again in my bag but could not find it - I did charged my phone in the room and left ! I bought a new one to handle the situation !

Тhe hotel is nice, clean, comfortable mattress, nice pool. Located very conveniently. There is not much variety for breakfast, but what there is tasty and enough to fill you up. Very nice friendly staff. Privet parking.

There is no elevator. It is not easy to go up to the 3rd floor with suitcases. To be honest, the staff carried our luggage for us, which adds points to their rating, but we went down ourselves and it was not easy

The staff was great. Pool was a great refresh after long hot days (we stayed on August). Location is also excellent when traveling to near towns and historic Sirmione city. Supermarket is 5 minutes walk. The room has AC and refrigerator. Breakfast was good. Car parking is available.

Personally, I prefer card keys instead of physical keys. Other than that, it was great for the price. It was great if the breakfast would have more salads and more cheese variety.

Best thing in that hotel is the staff they are amazing

Everything about our 2 night stay was exceptional. Free parking, great full breakfast included and the pool hit the spot after a long day. The staff was great, especially Ceasar, Francesco, Marco (who makes a great Spritz) and the dining room woman whose name I didn't get. All made you feel at home A+++

The pool wasn't super clean. The tap water had an insane amount of chlorine and there were no water bottles in the room. No kettle either. Bathroom was quite cramped.

Very nice hotel. With a good garden and breakfast. Everything is very close.

There is no elevator, which might make it difficult with baggage. Also, the breakfast was on but not too much choice and quality was not that high.

The one of the bedroom was not a real bedroom so was not really intimate as the 2 bedrooms were opening from each other.

The breakfast was buffet style.In my opinion, it was as varied and fresh as any 4-star hotel.The pool is not heated and we were unable to swim in it.Visually, it made a very favorable impression.It is located in a green spacious courtyard and is large enough to swim in it thoroughly, not just splash into.The room is very comfortable, with a balcony, a large wardrobe (with a refrigerator in it), a table, a chair, a TV. The only thing you could wish for is a kettle in the room.The bathroom has a good shower stall and a bidet.In general the impressions are extremely positive.In addition to the above-described facilities, I want to note the wonderful service,and the very friendly and helpful staff.I was pleasantly surprised by the owner of the hotel, who worked every day on par with the rest of the hotel employees.He turned out to be a very friendly person and ready to help even in non-trivial situations

The room seems old and dark even if the furniture is new. Towels have really bed smell.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, which was lovely.Room was spacious and very clean. Pool area was fine. Drinks were reasonable priced. Location to bus wasn’t to far to get to old town. Not too far from to Lake to walk along the lake.

The bar area could be better. Would like it to be a bit more inviting. Breakfast was ok - the hot food was just ok. All fresh fruit and pastries were fine. The bedroom could do with a revamp- a bit more moderation. But it was clean and spacious. Pillow could be softer - found them a bit hard. Would have liked a iron in the room also
