Everything is geared toward making a profit, of course, the client is the profit!

The place is infested with cats. I’m allergic to cat and there is no warming about it.

The spa, though not natural thermal springs, was clean and nicely outfitted providing the desired creature comforts. The facilities were also well located on the peninsula outside of the hustle and bustle of town life.

The spa didn’t have natural spring water and it was a stretch to call the rest of the property a four star resort. Breakfast was on the meager side and most things were an added charge.

The room was very nice with a great view and comfy bed but staff not helpful.

The front desk staff, in particular one man, was not friendly or helpful. I asked about visiting a thermal springs in the area and he refused to tell me how to get there because “it was competition.” He told me to walk around and I will find it on my own. There was no explanation of how things worked at the hotel, for example, what was included in breakfast. There was no mention of a breakfast buffet until we walked around and found it. No explanation of what was at their spa or what was included until I read in the brochure there was a salt room for example. It would have been very helpful to have a person who explains everything upfront and also things to do in the area.

We had lovely stay at this hotel. The breakfast was absolutely great and the staff was really kind and helpful. The best part was hot natural Spa and pool.

Everything. The location , the spa was an amazing experience, the staff . The owner was exceptionally nice going out of her way to greet us and help. Breakfast was excellent.

Great SPA, great breakfast, great personnel and parking lot. Views were exceptional.

The room was a bit dusty in the corners and needed a little bit of renovation.

A simply perfect place to relax. We had an excellent experience at the hotel, the staff are all helpful and attentive. We loved seeing how well they take care of the kittens that live there. Our room was perfect and the breakfast was one of the best we have ever had.

Staff was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. Dining room was elegant, and breakfasts were wonderful.

The only negatives were the slippery nature of the shower floor when wet, minimal shelf space surrounding the bathroom sink, and the lack of feather pillows.

The rooms are quite old. Pillows are not comfy

Lovely and clean. Spa was nice although not free. Staff were helpful and we requested to change rooms to sea view and Alan helped with that.

Food options were poor. Nothing we saw in 5 nights that we would have eaten. We requested a breakfast to take 1 day which wasn't any trouble but we requested cheese only and it came with ham and cheese. Not good if you are a vegetarian.
