Great location, nice room and clean.

It was a little difficult at times to get the staffs attention. Very noisy at night , our room was just above the restaurant.

The room was quite spacious and super warm upon arrival. Big parking lot. Nice view

Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant was very good (great food and service), and the location is a big highlight — right on the lake with beautiful views and a very relaxing vibe. Overall, everything was smooth and enjoyable, and we’d happily come back.

We stayed in the new building and the apartment was amazing! It was very clean, big and warm, and everything was brand new.The restaurant is open until 11 pm, so we were able to enjoy a lovely dinner even arriving late. The breakfasts were perfect. The lake view from the restaurant and the apartment was stunning! The price for these facilities was very reasonable!It was one of the best trips I've had in recent years.

It'a all about the restaurant/outside seating/deck/pool deck. The rooms take a back door to the fantastic restaurant and seating deck. Most people leave their hotel for dinner. At Pioppi you already have the best view, and the food is excellent.

Restaurant/staff/view

Well localized, in the beautiful Sirmione, not very far from the historical center, nice and good size bedrooms, with amazing view to Lake Garda, good swimming pools.

Beautiful views, a huge and clean room with a terrace, and what's better, two lounge chairs and a patio table. On-site restaurant that was always open.

Honestly, everything was great. I have no complaints.

We stayed in the main hotel, top floor. We had a beautiful room with a huge terrace and we could see both sides of the lake. There were two pools and the breakfast was a 10+ and also the dinner was excellent. It was a very nice surprise.

This location was absolutely beautiful and was very spacious. I loved the view of the lake from my balcony and the cleanliness of the place. The cleaning staff was always available and made sure that we had a nice stay.

The restaurant was rather expensive. For the same quality of food and service, I went to a local restaurant and spent less.

The setting is magnificent. It has all the advantages of being very near, but not in the old town. We hope to come back as soon as we can.

The only down side is that there are no facilities to make tea in the room. But the bar was close by to buy when we wanted it.

We originally booked to have access to jacuzzi and paid extra compared to other hotels for that but were told it was cold so we were very disappointed.We were staying in limone del garda and travelled to Sirmione for one night. We were looking forward to Jacuzzi access after a rainy day in limone but after not being able to we could have easily booked cheaper hotel closer to the town just as nice looking.On a plus the pizza with Buratta is the best i’ve had here in lake garda.

We got the large room with a terrace and beautiful lake view. The breakfast was great. The restaurants and main attractions are within the walking distance from the hotel. The free parking was a plus. It should be great to stay here during summer time.

very good from the reception to the rooms and breakfast everything was great

The room was large...Great big comfy bed....Shower was excellent...fridge and outdoor garden and table...Breakfast was nice with proper coffee...not a machine.....if I'm being picky , a toaster and apple juice....would have made it perfect...Free parking, with lots of space...

Excellent room right by the pool and lake, not that we swam as it was January. The location was great, within walking distance of the old town. The breakfast was excellent.

We have no complaints about the room at all. However although the restaurant was fine, there was a 7 euro cover charge per person. The most we've ever been charged.
