    • There was parking available at the hotel for a reasonable price. Location wise it was OK, not close, not far from the main area of Sirmione and we chose this hotel specially because we thought it would be hard to park the car close to the old town of Sirmione. Lastly it was my birthday and the hotel staff was kind enough to remember it and send a post card.
    • Very clean hotel, staff friendly and very attentive. We really apprecieated warnings in the room about ants and gnats as they are present if you leave food outside or opened balcony door.

    Cons -

    • Breakfest, quality, RoomEnverything stuck in 1990sTerrasse
    • Breakfast had fair options, but coffee itself wasn't that good, at least I did not like it. Usually when coffee stays in a machine and gets heated over and over again after some time all you can feel is just burnt coffee instead of any flavor. Shower was a bit weird as the water was either too warm or hot and lastly our room was close to the swimming pool, for some reason air conditioner wasnt working properly so our room was quite warm.
    • If your room is by the balcony it can get quite loud at night when there is a group of drunk old ladies in the hotel. Thank God balcony is only opened till 10pm.Its a shame there is no iron at the hotel but its not a drama.

Very central location and easy walking distance to sights and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Decor was quite dated and the beds were a bit uncomfortable. The shower had a strange wooden door rather than glass or shower curtain.

    7IanPosted on: 10-10-2024

Staff were helpful. Breakfast was good but little variety. It had a good position on the lake but the weather was good enough to use facilities.

We were allocated a room for guests with a disability. There was very little natural light frosted glass at window and overgrown with ivy on patio area. The room was stuffy as it was not possible to open windows adequately.Unless you need an accessible room do not accept room 14.We tried to eat in the restaurant but was told only if half board. This was not clear when we booked

The location is great. Easy parking. I like the atmosphere.

I would live to have more fresh vegeatables, berries, melons and fruits for breakfast.

Good location, right on the lake. Friendly, helpful staff.

    Hotel is a little dated.

The location of the property was very good, nice strolling distance from the old town.

Our room (8) was an annex to the main hotel, it was damp and smelt fusty. The bathroom wasn’t fitted well, and the shower had a makeshift door that didn’t stop the water going all over the floor. We had to use bath towels to contain the water as well as the bath mat.We checked in later around 18.30 and explained to the receptionist that we would check out of the room in the morning at 10.30, but would like to use the facilities the next day until we moved on. This was fine, but we must return beach towels at 10.30 as we checked out. No problem. The following morning we went for beach towels only to be told we couldn’t have any. There was only enough for the that days guests. After a conversation it was clear they weren’t going to give us any regardless of us being paying guest.10.30 came and we checked out the room and handed back our cards. We had settled ourselves in the garden, to have a relaxing morning. 11.00 we received a telephone call from the receptionist , saying that our vehicle was still in the car park and it had to be moved straight away, this was followed up minutes later by a very rude and angry woman who reiterated the same thing, we had to vacate the premises immediately. We duly packed up our things and left the premises, bewildered by the attitude and manor of business the hotel and its staff had taken to paying guests.

Location was great only a 10min walk to the castle. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and had everything you could need. We really enjoyed our stay.

    8DeborahPosted on: 8-28-2024

Location was fantastic. Loved the terrace and board walk to enter the Lake. Clean and fresh towels daily

Air conditioning was poor in the room.

    2SvetlanaPosted on: 8-28-2024

Location was good close to the town, but no transportation anywhere, only taxi ( you need to order day before)

Staff was rude, in our room was no shower door, result all floor was wet after each shower, elevator did not work , result I need to care my all luggage to the second floor We ask about transportation to the train station, manager, she said we can order taxi , we said okWhen it’s was day to order taxi she told , we need to order day before and result we got taxi what was available ( she told ) and was waiting in the train station for 1.5 hour .its was very disappointing.Breakfast was ok.

Breakfast was very good. Staff helpful. Location is also really good ± 10 minutes to old town. Beach on lake GARDA was convenient. Air conditioning was working perfectly!

Room space - 4 beds in 1 room - was a bit strange (no privacy from kids).

    7PaulPosted on: 8-22-2024

Fabulous location. Reception staff, lady in outside bar, and Monica at breakfast were lovely. Easy parking.

Lighting in rooms was very poor, breakfast room staff all very dour, except for Monica. Breakfast itself wasn't great. Some of our rooms had a fridge and kettle, some didnt?‍♂️. Hot water seemed in short supply, barely a drizzle at times.Pool was freezing even though air temp in 30's..could have done with an easy access into the lake, which was warm, for those who can't swim so well.Pillows were uncomfortable.

    7PaulPosted on: 8-19-2024

Great location with garden by lake, garden has nice bar, good breakfast, also reasonable-sized pool

Our room was small; and had no balcony or view, (although the better rooms do have); parking is charged at 5EUR per day but it is not permitted to leave the car in the car park after checkout even for a short time.

Location to historic centre was very good

Breakfast was basic, staff were very pleasant but not enough of them for the number of people, so plates, cups and some items of food were not available as staff were trying to do too many tasks

    9DawnPosted on: 8-6-2024

Very helpful staff accommodated our requests pleasantly and professionally. Our room was neat and clean. The air conditioning felt wonderful. The view of the lake was beautiful. Food was very good.

    10SorinPosted on: 8-5-2024

Good breakfast taken on terrace, and specially, very good coffee. very friendly and helpfull staff, also in restaurant.

    8JoannePosted on: 8-4-2024

Perfect location. The room was a good size and clean. The breakfasts were really good, especially the freshly cooked eggs and omelettes. Reception staff were very helpful. The pool was perfect to cool down in and there were the most amazing sunsets from the garden at the rear. Watching the mama ducks with their babies in the garden was an added bonus ?.

The shower was the most ridiculous design and the water went all over the bathroom floor. Temp seemed to go from freezing to scalding in 2 seconds. The air con didn’t seem to work very well so we could never say the room was cool, which was quite disappointing as we stayed in early August.

    6MonikaPosted on: 7-21-2024

Great surroundings, easy to walk to old town and mice restaurants and stuff. The pool was a bit boring, the garden was nice.Breakfast was quite boring- a golden star for the cappuccino and omelette though (ask for the cappuccino, they make the omelette as you want it)We had lunch one day, pizza and salad- tasted wonderful ???

The room was very small, nothing special at all, it didn’t feel personal at all… The staff was kind though, nothing against them ?

    9GergelyPosted on: 7-14-2024

Hotel is at a perfect location in short walking disance to Sirmione and Clombare center. Very kind stuff. The prive beach of tha hote at Garda lake is just perfect, beautiful with treas, ducks all around, clear water, shower, sunbeds small shop all availabe. Beakfast was also very good quality and nice selection of food and drinks.

Bathroom was quite small, but clean and sufficient.
