Location, location, location! & an excellent breakfast.This was in a great part of the walled city and right next to the Terme!

Rooms were a little dated, but that didn’t bother us.

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was terrific.

The hotel was located in the historic district which required a difficult drive through pedestrian-filled streets and narrow castle gates and alleys. Once we arrived, we didn’t feel comfortable taking our car out until it was time to leave. The hotel was very tired and in need of upgrades, but the staff cleaned well and it was comfortable.

The room was comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the hotel is well situated. The staff were very welcoming and professional regarding any of our queries.

The plastic shower curtain needed replacing. Overall, the bathroom was small and might not suit a large or older person.

Nice, friendly, accommodating staff, who made us feel welcome and special. Location is fantastic, if you dont mind driving thru narrow castle gates and a million people to get in and out. Balcony, view and overall atmosphere was fantastic, the breakfast has everything one needs to start a great vacation day.

The rooms, particularly the bathroom and shower are in desperate need of major renovation. Overall, the hotel feels very dated and a few things in the room are not working, but for us this was tolerable because we spent most time outside the hotel or on the great Terrasse.

They have a very good breakfast, but their coffee is not very hot.

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful. They helped assist me with getting a taxi, which train to choose for my next destination and also what restaurants to eat around town. I liked how the hotel was central to everything.

Brilliant location, central and yet quiet. Friendly staff, big rooms and a great breakfast. All in all a real good, very Italian, 3 star hotel

Nothing springs to mind

The location could not be better, as it it right on the quiet edge of the old town yet a stone's throw from the castle, heart of the old town with multitudes of restaurants and cafés etc and pleasant, scenic walks in all directions. The staff were most helpful and friendly and the buffet breakfast was one of the best in any hotel I've ever stayed in. I would not hesitate to recommend it to any other travellers.

Spent a week with a friend in beautiful Sirmione and stayed at this lovely, small family run hotel. Very conveniently situated opposite the Thermal Spa and within walking distance to everything. Our room was an adequate size, very clean and comfortable. Towels and bedding changed regularly. Breakfast was fresh and varied.All the staff were polite and friendly but the receptionists Danielle and Sylvia were also extremely helpful and informative.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Place was spotlessly clean. Central location. Good breakfast. What more would you need!!

Great location. Close to shops, castle and the ferries. Rooms were spotless. Staff were very helpful. Fantastic breakfast. Hotel is great value for money.

The hotel is very well situated at the end of the town and it’s quiet with a wonderful view of the lake! It’s very clean and the staff are all excellent! I recommend this hotel and would stay here again

The overall experience was great. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly, and the location on Sermione is superb: just outside the busiest area on the peninsula.

The wall between our room and our next-door neighbours was quite thin. We could overhear their conversations when they would come home in the middle of the night, costing us some sleep.

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable.Smell in the bathroom was awful..not sure what it was: mold or chemicals?.Our view from the balcony was to another hotel's reception-I wouldn't call it nice,though it was nice to have a balcony.

The location was amazing... Completely the best place to be in Sirmione... Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best we've had in Italy ??... Will definitely return and recommend to friends.

The location is absolutely superb for the old town in Sirmione. Across the road is the spa and also the little train to go to the beautiful Jamaica beach.The staff are all friendly and welcoming.

There wasn’t much that could have been improved apart from one very rainy stormy day but that’s not a real criticism

Location is really good with easy access to a beach 8 min walk and to town shops and centre as well as ferry all within 10 min walk. Good sized room and large balcony with chairs, ours had a side lake view . Air conditioner is great! Tolietries provided , daily complimentary water bottles provided with room service. Breakfast was good with a variety of sweet and savoury items and some hot breakfast items as well.Staff are great, very friendly and very helpful , and made us feel very welcome!

Pillows are a bit flat , but that could be a personal preference. Beware of the small lizzards in the evening out on the balcony !Laundry service is outsourced, and it's a certain day /time, so check with reception if you're on a long stay

Staff were lovely, breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect.
