Great location, the staff were very nice, great breakfast, spacious room, overall good value for money.

Shower was a little small, also it was noisy and we are light sleepers (we can hear the shower of the next room)

Others have mentioned the tiny shower but at least it had a door! So many showers in Europe are open and the whole bathroom gets wet when one showers.

It was quiet and peaceful. The owners were very sweet and helpful, and prepared a wonderful breakfast.

A charming little family-run hotel with a great location, historic centre within walking distance. Owner is reallly kind and does everything to make your stay perfect. Breakfast is fine with fresh pastries and cold cuts. Our room had a balcony with a nice view on the lake A great accomodation to explore Sirmione and the surroundings.

Location was great! Walkable to the main area without having to pay or deal with expensive and busy parking lots.The gentleman who checked us in (owner?) is super friendly and provided great hospitality. Room is very clean and maintained. Individually controlled AC is a huge plus!Delicious included breakfast!

Very friendly host Dona!Simple but descent breakfast, good coffee.Nice swimming pool.Clean, quite comfy beds.Good location close to the coast, but not near the main road, so it was easy to get there and leave the place by the car.

Air condition was not working as it is really old unit - even when it was turned on it gave maybe minus 2 degrees, comparing to 33C outside.. in the morning, staff turned it off completely, for cleaning reason?.. Whole air-con to be replaced as it is basics in such climate, current make more noise than anything else.There was no real safe place when you could cold down after long hot day, so it gave me rather mixed feelings about the stay.I confirm what other wrote - tiny shower cubicle, definitely not for taller people.

Donatella, the owner, was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. The room was cleaned on a daily basis and the swimming pool was a nice size and had plenty of sun loungers to accommodate all guests. The neighbourhood was quiet and was a 30 minute walk into the old town or alternatively there is a regular bus service which stops nearby. There are plenty of nice places to eat within 10 minutes walk.

Great little place with extremely nice and helpful lady running the place. Good breakfast on the terrace and €4 Spritzs in the evening! Roughly 30 min walk into town and the bus back suited us. Great restaurant nearby ,31 Cucina. Excellent and reasonably priced.

Nothing really.

The breakfast was nice, we could choose from several dairy products and bakery products. The location of the hotel is excellent, it is easy to reach Sirmione, and there are some restaurants nearby. The owners were nice.

Unfortunately, I have to say that the cleanliness of the room was not adequate, the bedding was stained, and we also discovered some bugs and spider webs in the room. We had no problems with the cleanliness of the bathroom, but the place definitely needs modernization.

Location was fine- easy access to the shuttle bus in to the historical centre. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The pool was great and very clean.

The property could do with being updated. The rooms are very old. The bathrooms need modernising. The shower cubicle was tiny, I’m not a large person but I think if you’re in a bigger body you may struggle. No kettle or coffee machine in the room.

The hosts were so kind and accommodating. The room was spotless and had a lovely balcony. Pool was very relaxing and there was a great breakfast included!
