Very walkable location. Room was very nice and we enjoyed the outdoor terrace. Viktoria was amazing and did such a great job making our stay comfortable.

The welcome from Georgia was very warm and he made every effort to ensure we were comfortable in our room. The location is outstanding - only five minutes walk along the lake to the historic village. Parking was OK - space is available in the hotel.Georgio and his amazing team of Victoria, Mara, Alex and Claudia cannot do enough to treat you like family and ensure you have and know everything you need.

Cannot think of any negatives, just a wonderful, very special place to visit Sirmione and Lake Garda.

Amazing location, just outside the old city and great connections to other towns on the lake. Easy drive from Milan. Victoria was amazing, the best service we have received. She waited for our later arrival and made us feel so at home then helped us plan a great day with great local recommendations not just tourist traps.

Honestly no complaints.

Breakfast was excellent. Claudia and her husband Alex made sure we were satisfied, and the presentation of breakfast items were wonderful. The fresh orange juice machine was a big hit for my wife.Natalia was very informative and assisted us for things to see and also set up taxi transportation to Parma for us. The location was just outside the old city and very convenient. They also had someone do our laundry for us for a reasonable fee.The free Gelato was appreciated as well as a stocked fridge with Prosecco and snacks at no additional charge. Georgio made sure we took advantage of our perks.

Every member of the staff was amazing. The property was modern and sophisticated with state of the art fixtures.Complimentary drinks and snacks always available in the lobby and rooms.Breakfast wonderful.

Liked everything

Our stay was really lovely for 4 nights. The staff was super friendly and helpful, organising airport transfers and a day trip to Verona with a baby car seat, along with restaurant recommendations! The room was comfortable and clean, and they treated us to a bottle of Prosecco for my birthday. The breakfast was great too, the best coffee we had in Sirmione. Would 100% recommend and will hopefully go back one day :)

We really enjoyed our stay here. From being welcome and being instructed where to park to the last wave on our way out, we had a wonderful experience. We really appreciated that even though there was no breakfast (winter time), the hotel did provide little snacks and most importantly, good coffee for all guests.

There was nothing not to like.

An incredible hotel in Sirmione. New, clean, great location. Staff is very responsive on booking.com and very friendly, always ready to help with your luggage, requests. I asked them one day in advance for a vase and I had it in my room at the arrival. They have parking onsite, underground and in the street which is very convenient. Believe me, it can be a trouble with parking in Sirmione, but not when you stay with Boutique hotel Sirmione. 5 minutes walk and you are in the historic part of the city. Superior double room has its own huge terrace. The hotel is new, stylish and clean. I absolutely recommend it!

Amazing stay, wished we had stayed longer. The staff helped us out far more then they needed but it was very much apprieicated. There help made our whole trip in Italy so much more pleasant. We will without a doubt go back. Coupon for free gelato was a nice touch.

There was absoluety not one thing not to like. The bed was the most comfortable that I had ever slept in. The air con was spot on. Expresso right outside the door. Outside lounge are that was private with comfortable seating.

Fantastic hotel, with a warm welcome from all the staff. Welcome drinks on arrival, complementary mini bar and a voucher for free delicious ice creams. The room was spacious with a very large comfortable bed, large TV, all the lights, Air con and Curtains all easy to control with the wall mounted control pad. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and a great location close to the center of the spectacular Old town (without the need to drive in it).

Nothing, perfect stay from arrival to departure,

Very close to the old town, extremely friendly and helpful staff, welcome drink, mini-bar with water, juice, bottle of Prosecco, peanuts and potato chips included, everything really clean, comfortable bed, parking garage included. It’s much better to stay out of the old town with your car and are in such close walking distance than have to try to maneuver your vehicle through masses of people to a hotel in the middle of the center of town

no big deal, but good to know: room was very small for quite a high price. You pay for the location close to the old town and the great service and cleanliness.

Beautiful rooms in a perfect location near the town but the service is unbelievable . It’s the sort of high quality service I would think you’d get in the world’s very finest hotels. We had a few travel issues that Natalia in the hotel took care of brilliantly and Giorgio even took us to the winery tour in his car .

I can’t recommend this place highly enough . Outstanding place .

Very professional and client-oriented staff! Many little things have been thought out that make the stay enjoyable (a nice compliment upon arrival, 24-hour access to a small buffet with fruits, snacks and drinks at the reception, the possibility of having breakfast on the terrace). I would also like to separately highlight Alexander, who was always ready to help with luggage, with parking the car and give tea/coffee.Perfect cleanliness, beautiful terraces, nice pool and sunbathing areas.

Every staff member we interacted with was wonderful. Also very helpful over WhatsApp and helped sort us a cab from Desenzano train station when we couldn't find one.As the hotel is quite new it's extremely modern. Touch panels for lights, curtains, temperature - you name it. TV was absolutely enormous so had fun watching a film on that in the evening!Their 24/7 accessible snack area was a nice touch and breakfast was superb!

The area wasn't spectacular. It's not that it's a "bad" area, but it's surrounded by a couple of local shops and bars - not touristy at all but does feel like it's been shoehorned into place a bit. It's a ground floor-only hotel and our window faced out onto the main square where these shops/the bar was - felt a bit strange, so the curtains stayed closed.The pool is nice enough but it's visible from a nearby car park and anyone walking along the main road. Feels a bit strange! Also each room's outside area has a little table but they're only separated/defined by a few plants. Again, feels odd, but isn't much the hotel could have done with the space they've got.

It is close to the port, historical centre. Is was very clean, the staff super nice.
