Hotel Mirabello

Great breakfast, attentive staff. Great view from top floor and the AC is the room was also quite powerful.

Parking was easy and plentiful. Easy access, just off the Main Street. Very easy to find as you drive in town . Excellent breakfast . Very pleasant courteous and helpful staff

I found ants in the room

Only used as a base for an overnight stay on a motorbike tour, but the impression was that this would be a nice place to stay for longer. The rook was a good size with good facilities and clean. There were views of the sunset from the corridor outside our room and views of the sunrise from our balcony (which was large).Staff were friendly and helpful. It is located only a short 15-20 min walk from the old town and there are restaurants nearby as well. We were gone before breakfast, so I cannot comment on that.

I did not like anything. I believe that the owners of this property were not honest in their listing on booking.com. Some of the services they said the hotel provided, were outright 'lies' . For example the listing states air conditioning, but upon arrival at this hotel we were told that the air conditioning could only be used from 4pm to 9pm. The temperature in Sirmione this day was 94, so you can probably see how hot the room was. Upon entering the room, it was like walking into a sauna, a steam room. After about 30 minutes we decided this was not healthy, a very poor environment to stay in for 3 nights, not being able to cool this room properly, and booked another hotel. We went down to the lobby and let them know that we had to find another place to stay because of the poor condition of the room, and it not being healthy to reside in and try to sleep in.So in summary, I did not get any refund, and was charged 3 nights for a 60 minute stay. They lied about having air conditioning on the website page. Then when I tried to get this resolved and asked for some type of refund, they said I stayed in the room for the entire day. I have attached two images, one a train ticket ( time 12:06 ) and another image showing when we booked the other hotel ( 2:00 in the afternoon ). I have attached these images to show that at the most we stayed in this room for 60 minutes, the train took 20 minutes from Verona, the taxi wait and drive to the hotel about 40 minutes, and leaving Hotel Mirabello before 2 pm to get to the other hotel. So how could we have stayed all day there ????I am not happy that their listing on booking.com was not factual and accurate and truthful. If some of these hotels/apartments did not lie on their booking sites, and if booking.com checked the accuracy and honesty of these places, then maybe this would have not happened, since I would have known that Hotel Mirabello only offers Partial Air Conditioning ............

Everything, the staff was very rude when we had to leave our room after 60 minutes because of their policy of only using air conditioning from 4 pm to 9 pm. This room was very unhealthy to stay in. This had never happened to me in all of my travels throughout the years. They probably will say that upon leaving , they offered me another room, but I explained it was too late for that as I had already booked and reserved another hotel down the street. I said that what they were doing could be considered fraudulent, when advertising a service which they did not provide.................

The hotel is very close to the small port where there are various restaurants to choose from. There was plenty of room to park in the grounds of the hotel.

The cost of breakfast - €20 - is too high. If it cost half that amount we would have accepted it.

Good position with a view of Lake Garda.

The hotel is slightly tired and the wardrobe facilities were poor.

I loved the location of the hotel. The view from our balcony was amazing. The breakfast was delish! Free parking.

The people in the room above us were very noisy at night. The A/C and fan were EXTREMELY noisy. The shower was broken.

Pool was great. Balcony views were amazing. Staff were friendly.

Breakfast was Spartan. A lot of the dishes were empty! Room was also Spartan for the price we paid. No glasses for water. No tissues in room. All the little things you expect.

The shower in bedroom definitely needs replaced Shower head was a disaster kept moving when in use and shower curtain very dated and should be replaced with a shower door Also should be a small fridge in bedroom

Easy to access, lot of free parking places. Lady at the reception was helpful. The room with two balconies was clean and the bed was OK. Selection of food at the breakfast was OK. I warmly suggest this hotel.

The location was great. The view from the room on the lake is wonderful. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Private parking in front of the hotel entrance.

The location was perfect, staff were wonderful and there was easy parking on site. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was excellent and we had the most amazing view from our terrace. The bar on the lake front was a fantastic place to unwind.

No kettle in the room.
